Switch-It made switching providers straightforward and efficient, with helpful representatives like Jonathan offering insightful advice and clear savings comparisons. While there were some inconsistencies with communication, the competitive pricing and overall ease of the process were impressive. Their online offer seemed almost too good to be true, but it was worth giving a try.

When i tried to contact supplier i was phoning a South African who knew nothing of my circumstances or the service i was sold!

Gas price per kWh was way out to the true price
I saw your prices for Rebel 1 yr fixed. Went to their website, the prices were quite different. This put me off completely. Cant trust the comparing sites if they dont use accurate information. I mean.... you had gas per kwh at 0.06 p !!!!! nowhere near the price. I will be reporting this.. i screenshot the quote i received.. none of the prices were right... but the gas was way out.
