This company won’t reply to any of my…
This company won’t reply to any of my emails after weeks of waiting. They asked me to send photos of my meters, which I did, and now two weeks later I’ve received no reply! I’ve emailed back several times, including to the main “hello” email account but I get nothing back. I’ve fallen into some email blackhole!
This is so frustrating! Please someone at switch it contact me! My request number is 281231 -Andrew

Definitely a fake email
Definitely a fake email. I’ve tried two and both have bounced back 7 times. Transferred my gas and electric to Rebel Energy not just gas as requested. No way to contact them. I don’t believe the 5 star reviews. I’m convinced this is a scam.
