The first time I done a test call the number I bought had already been registered to a different company. When I contacted them within the week to say that I won't be using Thier services and it doesn't work for me I was charged three months without my permission for the benefit of cancelling. There are other companies out there choose them instead. Really not a great option if you haven't had a Voip number before and are curious about trying it out.

I paid upfront for a year told them I would not renew then this morning over £170 was taken from my account on an expired card I called and they said they would sort before 5pm
I have head nothing I did not enter into a a reacuring contract they kept my card details without my permission
Will be taking them to court if I don’t receive my money back

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, for any size business. I've been having an issue with our lines for the last couple of weeks at least, incoming calls cut out within the first couple of minutes, this has been happening on all calls, all users, regardless of location and connectivity. Their tech support have just gone around on circles. Not provided any support at all apart from making me carry out pointless speed checks (which has been done) and still no acknowledgement of the checks being done or a resolution to the issue. All that ends up happening is I get asked the same repetitive questions. Needless to say, we areoving to another provider.
This has made my business look like a cowboy set up (sales calls cutting out in a minute or 2 halfway through a conversation), completely unacceptable.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of support or technical assistance

Love no 12 month contract, hate they restricted dialler with no real reason
This company offers a dialler on a monthly subscription, without forcing people to go on long term contracts so perfect for a small virtual call centre like me as I find my feet and test a campaign. It also enables me to purchase a local landline to an area to receive calls and have someone call out. I like to it has a TPS checker so I don't have to worry on marketing to restricted numbers.
The issue though is that they restricted my account and couldn't even give a real reason, asking me to send in ID which I did yesterday. I miss the days of using a Skype dialler! But unfortunately as that closed down we have to endure small VoIP providers on a power trip.
I upped the review as we did get issue resolved..then i got another problem that took 2 days to fix so I lost call time but I appreciate it is competitively priced, does everything I want without forcing me to pay more or buy features I don't need and it is easy to use online or through a mobile app.

There was a lag in receiving calls. I couldn't set up WhatsApp. I have canceled after a couple of days and they refunded
Great Support + Service
Zoe K in support was quick to help me resolve an issue after I mistakenly cancelled the wrong service. Really happy with the support and have used their virtual numbers successfully for over a year with no down time, outages or unexpected bills.

Be careful
Be careful. Minimum 90 day contract for what i believed to be a 30 day rolling service. Then another 30 days notice period to exit. So 4 months charges just for a digital landline i didn't use. Will not recommend. Sorry i signed up. Will try Air landline in the future, there is no contracts or "legal emails from customer support" who make you feel intimidated that you locked into contracts and MUST pay extra 30 days to leave.

I used the online chat to resolve a log on issue I was facing. It was all resolved and we were able to access our app again. I also asked to separate two accounts which I thought might be a nightmare to sort - it wasn’t! It was done straight away and I’m good to go. Thanks to Zoe for her patience and help!

Not the best experience
Not the best experience, it took nearly a week to get support to set up the voip phone, it was then auto configured to charge for basic services without making it clear they were chargeable take care using this company as there not that customer focused
