Ordered garage remote on 13 May 17, paid in advance on 16 May 17, still waiting for the item 6 weeks later. Sent emails, called and still no luck. Been promised by Grzegorz Dordzik that the product would be sent a few times now and still nothing received. Never again.

The phone number is disconnected and no one is answering your emails. After several months finally I got my order which surprised me actually. Looking at the other ratings here it seems to be a pattern; Why would anyone run a business this way? Not likely that any customer would try his luck again on this site...

I ordered a wrong remote controller from the web shop and Grzegorz corrected my mistake before the controller was shipped.

Respond to my initial email was really fast and all the following communication was polite and trustful. After getting my product, he was providing all the help that was needed to me

I was a little concerned about making this purchase of a NICE song gate system after reading some reviews.

I was however extremely happy with the transaction. From ordering to delivery in Portugal was two days. The good were very well packaged and I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service

I read the negative information here before ordering. But because they informed me that I did not have to pay anything before I received the products, I still chose to order from Systems4you.

I sent my order on Nov. 27th 2016. They responded and were quite helpful then. But no package (or further information) arrived, so on December 8th and on two later occasions I tried to get in touch with them again. I got absolutely no response. I finally gave up and cancelled the order on December 14th. Then they responded again, and indicated that the package was already sent. Today (January 6th, 2017) I have still not received any package from them and I have concluded they were lying about that.

I will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a remote control July 21 and have not received it yet. Unfortunately, I have paid it. I have contacted them several times but received no response. Do not buy from this company.

I bought 2 remote controllers for my 2006 modells Crawford Ultra from Systems 4 you. Not easy to find the correct remotes for this old versions. But System 4 you had the knowledge and did know exactly which remotes I needed. And they worked.

This company don´t deliver goods payed for and don´t answer e-mails.
They are happy to collect your money but after that.......silence.......

I ordered a remote control one month ago. I've not received it yet. When I send them an email and asking about the status I get an automatic generated email saying they will contact me within 24 hours. I've sent them three emails and they have not contacted me yet.

I don't know if I'm ever going to get my remote or my money back but they don't seems to care much about their customers.

I needed a new remote for my garage door, couldn't find a compatible one for my old door system almost anywhere else. I had my doubts since they were cheap, but I took my chances, and three days later I got my product.
Excellent delivery, and possibility to track it on line all the way. Couldn't be better, in this case.

03.08.16 Still havent recived my transmitters, they dont answer mail

The day after 4/8/16 i got contact, the 5/8/16 i got tracking number and the delivery i couple of days later.

3 months from order to delivery was to much time for me, however the part was top quality

now its 3.8 and i don't have my items. Company don't answer my email anymore. BAD don't order here

Finally 4.8 they send my items and got them few days later.

I buy 2 pieces off Hormann pushbottoms
Ask several times by mail why there is no delivery.
After 3 weeks asking still no delivery.
Very bad company
I warn everybody not to buy at this company, you lost your money

Made full payment in dec 2015 - still waiting for delivery of 2 Hormann remote controls! No answer to phone or emails. Delivery date given twice - Febr and May - then no feedback!
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PLACING ANY ORDERS / PAYING ANY MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!
