Never again!!!
After having waited 2 months for the products, I canceled my order and requested for a full refund. I haven't even got a response to that (apart of an automated confirmation mail) - I've totally lost contact with the shop. Now I'm looking for options for claiming the money back.

Written previously:
I placed an order ca. a month ago (17.05.2016) but it's still listed with order status "Payment received" - meaning absolutely no progress. I tried to contact the shop 3 or 4 times but I received only one answer, promising a delivery in two weeks. Two weeks have passed, I haven't got the products delivered, order status has not changed and my attempts to contact the shop hasn't been answered.
As the next step I'll try to cancel the order and request a refund.

Made an order for three Hörmann remote controls 23 February. Still no delivery received. On their homepage I can read that they sent the package 5 April but I doubt that. I have canceled the order and want my money back but they don't answer on e-mails. I have an ongoing complaint with my credit card company.

I had to order a new garage remote and found a good one on their site, with some help via e-mail I received perfect service and the good was delivered in time as promised! Will order here again!

This company has stolen my money, months of excuses and lies from this criminal. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. They should be closed down, I have one of my employees contacting the Polish trading standards about his illegal activities and theft of people's money and they are already investigating them.

After 3 months of lies, and this further email after he saw this review which he couldn't help adding another lie in because I never received any package, this man is clearly a compulsive liar, he provided a refund:

Unfortunately absolutely no responses on emails, after long wait for delivery.

I have not recieved my items, and I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the police, and getting a refund from my credit card company.

I ordered two remote controls for my Hormann garage door. After several inquiries per email, and promises that the item would be sent "this week", I gave them the opportunity to give me a refund or send me the item. At that point the store stopped answering my emails.

Update:
I initially called this company fraudulent, because I didn't receive anything. After my bank opened a case on fraud, the company sent my goods. It was about 6 months after making the purchase. They didn't reply to my emails at any time in the process. When my bank started to withdraw the money the company finally came throug and shipped my order. Since I actually was in need for a remote for my garage, I had to buy another set in the meantime. I tried to get them to cancel my order, or accept a return, but the stopped answering my emails yet again.

I still have the remote, unopened. If you read this, Systems4you, please accept my return. You can't ship orders 6 months after purchase, and ignore customers until their bank starts sealing money from your accounts.

I ordered and paid for two remotes mid November but have still not had any remotes or any answer to my mails. I do not receive any answer or other reaction to my mails.

After 2 mails, several phone calls and 3 months of waiting the remotes I ordered and paid for on the 8th of November arrived to me on the 7th of February. The price for the remotes was good, but the service from the seller was, in my opinion, very poor.

I ordered two remote controls to my garage in early december to a very compatitative price. They arrived today. My hope was initially to have them available before Christmas. Late delivery can be OK if the customer is updated on the reason why. This was not done until I wrote a review on TrustPilot.

It took the company 1 month to deliver the remote controls. With the excellent pricing in mind I give them a relatively high grade.

On november 30, 2015 I have ordered online on systems4you.pl some remote transmitters (Genius KILO TX4 - 868 MHz - JLC) and paid for Courier FedEx to be delivered in Romania, Bucharest.
I received immediate confirmation that payment has been done.
According to the info avaliable on the website, products should have been delivered in 3-4 days.
They arrived with more than 40 days delay, after several email complaints, tens of calls to whom nobody answered and a bad review on trustpilot. Last week I received products through Amazon (!), from systems4you.fr, though I ordered on systems4you.pl.
In fairness, I finally received an email with apologies and explanations for delays, and have been oferred a discount on future orders if I agree to update my initial review on trustpilot. I appreciate it.
Nevertheless, I would have preferred to be informed in due time of these delays, 40 days seems a reasonable time to being answered, at least once, to any of my 10 emails sent to systems4you.pl.
Good products, poor customer service.

The delivery took a little bit time and the delivery date was postponed twice but the customer service was really helpful on choosing the operator so that the company deserves the 5 stars, definitely!

Ordered product at 21/10.
Received immediately a mail that the package would be sent as soon as payment was received.
Payment received on 22/10.
Many weeks, many mails, many answers of packages beint sent and even a word of honor from my correspondent, I didn't receive a package.

Please think twice before ordering!

Edit: indeed it has finally been delivered. But just to make sure, after they told me that the package was sent on 27/11 I didn't receive any answer anymore on any email I sent. After sending a last mail on 7/12 to inform that I would report them to our police department, they decided all of the sudden to send the package. Please see my status updates to confirm my story;

This was my first order from Grzegorz. He was professional, honest and flexible. He shipped the items on the same day the order was made. There were no delays no problems. It was the perfect transaction.
I have recommended him to several other companies already operating in Ireland.

Their prices are competitive, the products are well packaged and their customer service is excellent. When I had a payment issue (I paid twice in error) the company responded to my email and issued a Paypal refund within a couple of minutes. Great service - I would use them again.

I bought Hormann gate opener Rotamatic 2 Bisecure and Internet gateway, the first delivery took a little bit longer, the second delivery was very fast. My overall experience with systems4you.co.uk is very good

The order process went very smooth, the delivery was faster than expected (10 days including 2 weekends) and the product was sealed, brand new, original and working perfect.
We exchanged around 10 emails each side to make sure I get what I want, they even sent me an extre electronic manual to help me setup the product correctly. Great assistance.

Easy website, great price and cheap (registered) international shipment!
S4Y only has 2 flaws imo:
1. You don't know if the product is available right away, or needs to be backordered with their supplier. And if it's in backorder, you don't know how long that's going to take.
2. Communication: I only received an order confirmation and a receipt for my payment through PayPal. Then it stayed quiet...

On 20/Feb I made my order, and immediately received abovementioned 2 mails. Then nothing for over 2 weeks. I contacted the seller through their contact form asking about the status of my order, if it hand been shipped already? The day after I received a kind reply they were waiting for delivery from the manufacturer, but it would arrive late that same day and it would be sent the day after.
Ok I was happy, but then it stayed quiet again. Some days later I contacted them once again asking if the package was sent, as was promised. I didn't get a reply this time, but a few days later the package was delivered, on March 17th.

Delivery in 8 days, but well packed. I recommend.
