Sneaky, dangerous and unreliable
I cancelled my Tabii subscription and contacted support about 40 times to make sure no more payments would be taken. They repeatedly confirmed that my account was fully closed.
Three weeks later, they charged my bank card again.
They blamed a technical problem and promised to fix it, but several days passed without a refund. I even had to contact my bank, which advised me to replace my card.
The cancellation process and customer support have been completely unreliable. Issue has not been resolved. All they tell me is to be patient. I think 4 weeks counts as being patient.
Horrible mistake to choose Tabii.com. Don't do it!
