It is not made for animal.

They took my money, tail-it bike tracker was sent to Finland. They never answer the phone, never reply properly to emails. On this evidence they cannot be trusted.

No response to contact form about where my order is. Nothing has arrived despite the order being placed 3 weeks ago. Seems the company is now defunct judging by other reviews.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.PLEASE AVOID. IT NEVER WORKED, SO IS THE APP. NO ACCESS TO THE SCAMMERS

My cat does not have gps signal since 20/12. It's been more than 2 weeks and still no reply from customer service.

Bought a tail it mini gps tracker. The activation was impossible to complete. When I contacted the telecompany they told me the service is discontinued. Tail it cancelled the service from december 9th.2022. The tracker is locked to the inserted sim card and therefore the tracker cannot be used! And support no longer answers mail. They also no longer have a active phone number. TOTAL SCAM!

I warn you about this company!
I bought a pet tracker that stopped working, and the company replaced it with a new one that also did not work. I tried to contact the company since April, I was answered in June and assured that the money would be refunded. To this day-it is September, despite several assurances, the money has not been returned.
In a word, SCAM!

Received my Tail It Bike GPS. The unit is not powering up as per the instructions. Yes I have charged it but the unit doesn't power up. I have dropped customer services a ticket and a reminder but not yet received any response. I just want to know how they're going to deal with this faulty unit.

I cant get through to customer services and my new tracker isnt working. I tried the messaging service online twice, a week apart, but no answer to either. The phone line is always engaged. I tried texting the phone number but it seems its a landline. Theres no email address. I dont know what to do...

Well done and adeguately small for my cat that weight 3 kg. When it works is very helpful and nice, 3/4 stars because sometimes it doesn't find The correct location when i need it. The battery goes down quickly if The position is tracked frequently. I'd appreciate if it could give the possibility to see/track the resume of the entire daily route of my cat during The day with sign on the map. I recently tried the customer service and they are fast and usefull. Suggested!!!

I’ve been using the cat trackers for over a year, they work really well and the customer service has been top notch.

I got a respond quickly to my query, all was OK.

asked about the new tier tracker. This was answered competently.

Uselsss cant do its one job they say I never activated my account can't do the one that simple thing that its made to do lost a lot of money just trusting them. I have proof and billed for activation.

I had a problem with an outdated simcard, i had quick and easy service and as an ekstra bonus he also refunded some money that i did not know had been paid whilst trying to get it to work super good service

Customer service is excellent and fast. As for the product, it is necessary to improve it, make it more resistant and with better reception. My Tail it bike stopped working after 3 months. They changed it without a problem.

The Customer Service Is Good, My Tail It for bicycle not working and send me to México a Mini GPS tracker (free). I prefer to recieve a same Tail It for bicicle but is OK, i hope in some way put on My bycicle.
