I bought two Helo infrared panels and…
I bought two Helo infrared panels and was very disappointed. When a traditional sauna is heated, the ceiling, walls, and other surfaces warm up and emit infrared radiation far more effectively than these panels. Is the fault of the shop? I don't know

Item never arrived
Item never arrived. This has happened every time when ordering from Taloon or Netrauta. Items always arrive weeks after to originally planned delivery date or not at all.

The delivery wasn't sent
The delivery wasn't sent in the 2-5 days, and after waiting weeks, I emailed and after several days eating, I discovered it wasn't sent at all from the warehouse. There was no real apology or anything to make up for the mistake by Taloon.

Package supposed to be delivered home, however it has been moved to a pickup point, customer service been contacted and promised to resolve the issue, unfortunately nothing happened.

Faulty Product Delivered after a long wait
I ordered for a light. I had to wait for a very long time to get delivered. The product was faulty that it did not switch on. Now the customer service has responded that they will ship the new product whenever it is available. No response there after. Its bit annoying. I'm thinking to cancel the order to buy elsewhere.
