I requested a return and no one has contacted me

I liked the bag i ordered, it’s very simple and sleek also the color is really good i love how much i can fit inside this bag and really reliable also easy to carry around the city.

Targus is the only case I will use for my iPad. I tried many when I got my first iPad many years ago, and was never happy. But this product suits my needs perfectly. It is easy to rotate, and stays in place. I have dropped my device often, and the case completely protects it, and I have never had even a scratch. I highly recommend!

I have purchased from targus before and they worked well. Received my new purchase I ordered 2 ipad covers. The black one doesn’t work a all. I doesn’t protect the ipad at all. Junk the second one covers it but the cover flaps when you pick it up. I won’t be purchasing from here again

Targus Eco Smart Keyboard
If Franz Kafka ever designed a keyboard, this would be it.

Arrived completely dead, battery drained flat. Of course, no mention in the instructions that you’ll need to both plug it in and aim a blinding light source (in my case, a 1200-lumen bike light that can scorch your retinas) just to get the LED to turn from red = hopeless to green = maybe usable.

Pairing? Hidden behind Buttons 1, 2, and 3 with an obscure little monitor icon. Unless you guess that secret, the keyboard does its neat trick: solid blue for three seconds… then dead to the world. Nothing in the “manual” makes this clear — because apparently you should have to read instructions for something as “simple” as typing.

Caps Lock, the eternal enemy, is front and center. Hit it by accident and you’re SHOUTING before you even know it. Designers could have fixed this decades ago, but no, let’s keep torment alive.

And don’t get me started on the F-row of fossils: PrtScn (does nothing useful), ScrLk (a 1980s museum exhibit), Pause/Break (what is this, DOS?). They sit there like smug bureaucrats reminding you that progress is optional.

The irony? This “EcoSmart” keyboard demands more power, more light, and more patience than any wired keyboard I’ve ever owned. Truly eco in the sense that it recycles your time, sanity, and will to live.

Verdict: looks sleek, feels premium, but functions like a bureaucratic nightmare. If you enjoy being gaslit by design, this is your dream keyboard. If you actually want to type, buy literally anything else.

Two years ago, I bought a laptop bag with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, it has torn in several places along the seams, and the zipper is also becoming unusable. I took good care of the bag and looked after it. I wanted to claim the warranty, but Targus refused, saying that the tear was caused by wear and tear, not a defect in the material. All this based on a few photos. Reading the forums, several other customers had the same experience. Targus does not want to honor the warranty it has undertaken. This is completely unacceptable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I suggest that anyone who has had the same experience should enforce the warranty through legal means!

Perfect for my 17 inch Lenovo laptop and extra 17” portable screen. Plenty of room left for supplies, etc

The parts worked! However, I think these parts should have a way to be handled, since they are too small!

A short, very short, cable between the two ends should be good!

As the short cable creating convenience, the cost may rise, because the additional short cable.

This short cable is for easy handling, especially when the parts need to be pulled out or to be inserted into other parts.

Dont waste your time buying a Targus thinking you have a great warranty.
They will ask you a gazillion items to prevent looking at a warranty claim.

Thereafter will claim its usual wear and tear just to avoid any such warranty claim.

At the end of the day you have purchased the item more so based on its warranty and not actual design or asthetic looks. However over the recent years Targus is purposely rejecting warranty claims.
How can you ever reject a warranty claim based on images only ?

Can you make a product that ACTUALLY WORKS!

Avoid targus docks they struggle to connect and drop out all the time

This company price itself on having a lifetime warranty on its cases, however this is nonsense, I had a case it felt to fault with the materials used which disintegrated after several years and even though this is specified in the lifetime warranty terms and conditions the company outright refused to honour their promise of a lifetime warranty, not to be trusted

I'm sure the product itself is fine, but after I opened it, I saw that it did not fit. Unfortunately, I should have known that before the product arrived because even though the screen protector itself was unused (film still on), I was deemed ineligible for a refund or return. (This was without Targus requesting a photo or the actual product itself.) So to the landfill it goes.

The customer service reps were nice and helpful, but this policy is so inane (any opened product is ineligible for a refund) means I will simply never shop here again and could not recommend it to anyone.

Arrived quickly in perfect condition. Beautiful design and tactile feeling. Set up is speedy and syncing after set up is also speedy. Travels well and can even fit in some pockets! Highly recommend!

Package arrived barely sealed and heavily damaged. They obviously didn't include anything to protect the item inside because the top of the box was totally caved in. Looked like an elephant sat on it. The box was also barely taped. I've tried to start the return process and after I've put in all my info, their website just says "We can't help you at this time." So, it's a giant scam. I have a caved-in, destroyed package and no way to return it.
