There was an issue with my ticket and I was very frustrated to say the least. However, Jimmy, a manager, came to my rescue. He resolved the problem with my ticket and helped to give me a better deal. I was very happy with how Jimmy resolved everything and made it even better for me. Cynthia then helped me confirm my tickets. She was very professional and nice.
