Phone answering is poor
The ordering was fine, however if you want to change to a new computer they make it look VERY hard. After a very long wait a tech support guy reassured me that what I wanted to do would work. He was great but too long to him about a TC created non problem.

This is my second review. The first one didn't get posted. Tried to order this year's software but the link didn't work. And last year changes were made to the font size. Not good. Ignored my request to increase the size.

Software doesn’t work but refund refused.
I purchased software paying a year’s subscription in advance but it doesn’t work and TAXCALC refuses to reimburse me even though they seem unable to rectify the problem.

So far so good 10 months in.
Software reasonably easy to use, support always solve the issue if I can't.
Occasionally the emails take a little longer to respond - so best to phone if reasonably urgent.
