4 satisfied years using Taxfix
For the forth year I am using Taxfix and I am so satisfied with it. I tried this year another app. But I had lot of problems like contacting the Customer service or the way it's calculating and was really bad experience, so i came back to Taxfix and solved without any comments. Taxfix Customer service was also good in solving problems. Thank you guys 😊 I will do it next year again.

Taxfix billing but no service available
Taxfix is literally taking my money for a service they never gave or at least I have no idea if the service was given. I cannot access my tax return to send (or if it has been sent at all), and I could not even review it, and they just sent me a bill.
I have been trying to contact support for a month but it seems it is just AI and bots.
