It is worst with questions that only the person who wrote them understands. I like it when it closely followed the tax documents. I quit using TurboTax because of that reason. I am going to have to use something different now.

Straightforward process!
Honestly, as someone who's been paying over $600 to have an accountant do my simple taxes, this was well worth the hour of time it took me to complete. I didn't realize how little my accountant was doing since I was providing all the documentation anyways. As long as my business and income stays simple and well-documented over the year, I'll be using TaxSlayer on a yearly basis. I saved more than $500.

Easy and quick
This was the easiest way to do my taxes. It was great. The only problem I had was I wanted to take off some services I didn’t want to pay for and I couldn’t find a way to delete them. I ended up paying way more than I wanted to. I will be using it again though cause my refund is already in my bank and it hasn’t even been a week.

Over all an ok service for simple…ok but…
Overall an ok service for simple taxes. However what they state as being free up front seems to have a cost at the back end because of some form or other that was used which wasn’t stated up front. This is irritating as I have very simple taxes. The program was simple and straightforward to use.
