Lucy was fab. Took all the stresses of booking our holiday away for us. Very informative & was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Lucy & planning to use her expertise in the the very near future. 5 stars from us!

Absolutely flawless!
Lucy was absolutely incredible when helping us book our Minimoon to Stella Island - we wanted the process to be as stress-free and hands off as possible since we were busy with wedding planning and knew we would not get any time for check-ins etc - thankfully Lucy sorted it all for us and all we had to do was turn up at the airport!
Lucy communicated with the resort to inform them of our allergies and organised honeymoon treats which we were so thankful for!

We have booked quite a few holidays through Lucy now, so have my parents and it has always been seamless. From getting us various quotes and options of hotels, right through to the checking in for us…She does it all.
This holiday me and my mother wanted to go on a cooking course in Italy, that’s all we knew and didn't have a clue where to start. She did all it, even booking the car rental. We had the most amazing time and will always go back to booking through Lucy. She is the most helpful travel agent I have come across and grateful for the help we have received over various holidays. Also, Lucy is always on hand any time of there are any problems etc even while on the holiday.

Lucy organised our cruise holiday fantastically. Hotel (for the night before joining the ship), transfers and cabin were excellent. Can’t wait for the next break, we’ll definitely use Lucy again!

Lucy has always been very professional and very helpful/organised when planning trips away. She has helped me with family holidays, trips away with friends, weekends away, airport parking, airport lounge, you name it she can do it.
