Great unique products but website problems

Two orders have now been placed through their website and payment taken immediately. In both cases after not receiving the goods within a week they were chased to be told that the order hadn't been passed to them by their e commerce provider. There was a period of a couple of months between the two orders and things hadn't changed. It then took over a week more before they could even ship. Constant delays have hindered the remodel but their led controllers are currently somewhat unique.
