I have no idea who this company is but they’ve sent me a review from Trustpilot. Seems a little shady to me.

Overpriced and out of touch with customer success for creators.

I set up a "school" a very long time ago on Teachable, never did anything with it, now I'm getting emails like it's "live" (it's not) and can't get a human to verify how to cancel/erase my account altogether.

While I do not have any account with them, I keep getting review emails on trustpilot. I have no idea if they are scraping emails from the intrest (may be), but the way they are reading out without me using their service, tells me this company wrongdoing.
UPDATE 15/1/2026
Even those emails sent in errors, my issue where did you get my email? Why you have my info while I never used your service? This make me ask what wrongdoing you are conducting with our info without our permissions?

Is someone playing a joke on me?
I did not start anything using Teachable's LMS.
Why am I receiving two email alerts that I chose teachable to set up a class? Who is stealing my identify in attempting to use my proprietary ce coursework from ceulmt.com?

Not sure when I ever used teachable. Must been decades ago. Here three stars

I have never used teachable. You started sending me emails saying I launched my first course but when I tried to login to see what the heck you were talking about your login prompt said no account existed with this email address. Something in your tech stack is all kinds of messed up.

Your customer service is the worst I’ve experienced for a platform I pay this much for every month. There should be 24-hour chat support — waiting until the next day is unacceptable.
I like much of the platform, but there are clunky, limiting issues that need to be fixed. Talking to customers before they buy higher-level programs is unnecessarily difficult. I’m forced to use external forms just to collect a phone number and basic info — awkward and inefficient.
At minimum, expand the coaching intake form so we can collect real background details and a phone number, and allow us to embed our calendar before purchase, not after.
There are more issues, but not enough time to list them all.

The platform could be more helpful with creating text and images , a mix of canva embedded. Also the exposure of the content to the external world could improve
