Brilliant app and support
Brilliant app and support. It runs smoothly, is easy to use, gives enough information to make sense yet not too much to overwhelm. Perfect in that way.
I know a lot about nutrition and exercise and found the last few years unable to shed those extra menopausal pounds. This app has helped me look at my diet in a new way. I was slightly over eating, eating the wrong foods occasionally and some how those little treats had slided into a daily occurrence. I hadn't really noticed these tiny changes but using Team RH I found out why I wasn't losing the weight.
I want a slow and steady weight loss journey and that has started. I'm genuinely surprised at how well the app gives me the information to support me. And also coaches are on hand if you get stuck. But all in all it's given me the tools to take full accountability of my journey and feel in control again. Considering the cost the value for money is massive. I mean huge. You get back what you put in so its not for those who think downloading the app is enough to move the pounds. But if you've tried everything and nothings worked (like me) give this a go. Work with it and you'll see results.

BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION
I find the guy who is the face of this company immensely obnoxious but signed up for the app as it had good reviews. It is ok but annoying to track every little thing you eat. BE WARNED you are tied in to a 12 month contract, which I did not realize - I am now going to have to cancel my credit card to get out of it, which is super annoying.
