Disgusting company please read through…


Disgusting company please read through all one star reviews, ordered main Christmas gift for a child on November 24th with expected delivery date of December 3rd. Package wasn’t sent until after December 5th It is now December 29th and no sign of package. They did the same last Christmas with a package ordered mid November that didn’t arrive until January. Luckily I was able to replace those presents in time I wasn’t so lucky this year. but I thought this was a once off oversight and ordered from them again. I should have checked reviews first. They are selling items they do not have while lying about delivery dates leading you to believe you will have item well on time. Taking the decision away to order from a reputable company who actually has the products in stock they are advertising for sale. You will receive no apology just told to “wait patiently” as Christmas comes and goes. I’d advise to shop elsewhere with a company that values its customers

How early exactly are you advising? I mean if I order on November 24th and your site advices expected delivery date of December 3rd but order is not here by December 30th. You’re telling me I was in the wrong by not ordering early enough? What a patronising rude response. This is the worst website ever

This is the worst website ever. I ordered a grill as a gift, and for over two weeks they kept telling me the package was on its way and would be delivered on December 16th. On December 18th, I wrote back that there was no delivery, and they told me my order had been canceled right at the start. Terrible website, I won't order anything from there again. The grill was bought as a Christmas gift.

AVOID! I’d give it zero stars if I could!

I’d give it zero stars if I could.
I made a massive mistake ordering from techinn! I will not make it again. My daughter’s main Christmas Present was ordered 19 days ago. Despite numerous emails stating the order is out for delivery, it’s stuck somewhere in France. It was not shipped for 10 days after the order was placed, and now it’s very unlikely that it will make it in time for Christmas.
May I just add that last year the order was cancelled by them as they sold out of the items I bought. What an unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unacceptable Delays

Do not use this company if you want to receive your goods any time soon or in fact at all! I ordered 16 days ago and the product hasn’t even been shipped yet, despite them saying it would be delivered 6 days ago. When I enquired about the revised delivery date, the response was I can’t tell you as it has been delayed! I cancelled the order in the end and will look elsewhere.

Ordered phone in September

They sent me 128gb instead of the 256 I ordered,
Tech inn in sent me the return label.
I have sent the product back to techinn and I can see it arrived in there warehouse in Spain but still no refund and this is two months later.

I keep trying to talk to people using the return request section but no one reads what I write and just sends me back an automated message.

Good product and service

The estimated delivery time was exactly as stated when I placed the order, so there were no delays at all. The package was wrapped securely in plastic; even if the courier had dropped it a hundred times, it wouldn’t have broken. I’m very happy with both the product and the delivery

I purchased a Panasonic Radio/CD which was incorrectly advertised.

I purchased a Panasonic Radio/CD, when delivered I discovered that it did not have the advertised remote control and subsequently learned from Panasonic that the particular model did not have a remote control. Decided to return the item but it took Tradeinn 32 days to issue the return label, after several emails etc. etc. Eventually, it was delivered to TechInn and I assumed it would be a straightforward transaction. Not so, after some days I received an email that the item had been forwarded to the manufacturer as it was still covered by warranty and there would be a delay of 2/3 weeks until it was established if there was a fault. After several emails to TechInn, pointing out that the item was returned for a refund, due to the fact that it was incorrectly advertised, they eventually processed the refund.
I then received an email from Maria, Customer Service Manager asking me to rate my experience, which I did. I then received an email to advise that she would look into the situation and respond. I responded that I did not think she would as I had 2 previous similar emails from her, relating to this transaction, but nothing ever happened. The order was 61523307, as Customer Service appears to respond to reviews by requesting order number in the pretence that the review will be acted upon. The customer service department is an absolute joke, stock irrelevant answers provided to emails etc. etc. etc.

Absolutely terrible after sales service. My device is not compatible and there is no way to return it or to speak to someone. I have been palmed off to google who can't help either. i just want to return and get a refund. simple. i will always use Amazon after this experience

cancelled my order without my permission, then claimed I cancelled the order, then claimed they cant ship to nz, and then claimed that i shouldve selected a different carrier. had two service agents both either AI or didnt speak english because they spelled things wrong, ignored my questions and would just say 'yes' to things that werent a yes or no question

I bought a phantom mouse…

I order a Cougar Pro 4k mouse on Oct.24,2025 for $75. They said I would recieve it between Oct.31 to Nov.4. Those dates rolled by. Then I checked the tracking on the order confirmation Email. The date changed from Nov.4 to Nov.9. An Email was sent by USPS saying to expect delivery on Nov.10. No delivery. However, I check the Email tracking and they said it was delivered. No product. What's up?"

My phantom mouse has appeared, today, Nov.12th. Received intact/no damage. This was a birthday gift so I guess it's now my personal mouse. Really, you guys got to get better at this. Christmas is coming and I'll need another one. I know what to expect.
