We appreciate what wisephone offers

We appreciate what wisephone offers. We ordered a phone for our son last fall; it has been fantastic for him. We just ordered and received two more. We did have a glitch at setup and had to make a couple calls into customer service. Everyone was friendly, and Zazi especially worked quickly to expedite a resolution. Our boys were nervous to take the leap but have been happy with using wisephones and we love seeing them reclaim themselves as they break free from screens.

Clear and Helpful

Spoke with Yolani. She knew exactly what she was doing. Her instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow and she got me all set up. Do make sure that you call from a number they can call you back at, as you often have to leave a message.

Thank you so much - Tina for your patience and help today. You were awesome and very helpful to me. We are happy to have the option of the Wisephone for our soon to be high schooler . This phone will enable her to be connected to us and friends without exposing her to needless distractions.
Her only concern was not being able to listen to music which you were very helpful in assisting me in setting this up

Tina was AMAZING!!!

Tina was AMAZING!!!! Oh my goodness. She is the first tech representative who was concise and actually got to the bottom of my confusing issue. She talked me through options to find the account and used her incredible detective skills to figure out which phone was tied to which kid, under what mysterious email or phone number. It was crazy, confusing, and all over the place, but she solved it!!! I had my 3-year-old continually interrupting us, and she was even patient while my son lost his phone TWICE during our phone call. My stars. Tina deserves a raise!!! Thank you, Tina!!!

6 customer service reps for over 6000 users. Never a direct call to a human, always a voicemail and a call back

The navigation app doesnt function with car play. It is illegal to hold your phone and drive. Thank you people for nothing

I was forced to convert my personal number to a physical sim card to use their services. Now my phone number is bricked and stuck on a sim card instead of the previous e-sim. I will never be able to use my personal number again with a phone that does not have a sim tray

I literally hate this company. Theyve wasted a disgusting amount of my time that i wont be compensated for.

FOR Clarity: Your Wisephone device is a Samsung A15 with custom software. The A15 requires a physical sim card. I used Xfinity, a cell service bundled into my internet bill. You do not support xfinitiy despite being on the versizon network. So in order to use your phone i had to take my number (on an e sim) and port it over to a physical sim card to be compatible with the A15. Now that i have switched back to a real phone because i was unhappy with WisephoneOS, my original carrier cannot switch my number back to an e sim. I was forced to port it to another physical sim card provided by xfinity. This happened as a result of switching to WiseOS carrier service. It wasn't the case before i did that. So based on cause and effect, that would mean the cause of the problem was switching to WiseOS and the effect is that my personal phone number now needs to be on a physical sim card to function correctly. This isnt a user mistake, I tried porting my number 2x with two different xfinity reps over two 45 minute phone calls. Its bricked. thank you for the reply though.

I made a mistake during the setup

I purchased a Wisephone for my son's birthday. Unfortunately I made a mistake during the set up. I called Techless, they responded within a few hours. Zazi was very understanding and helpful. We got the problem resolved quickly and he stayed on the phone with me to ensure the phone was ready to go! Great customer support!

Getting through to an agent is very… Hard 8 to 5 only and your call is queue for a return call ... no live agents to answer.

Getting through to an agent is very hard as you are queued up and you have to wait for a return call.

Once you do get through to an agent when they call you back during normal 8 to 5 business hours (?) the service is quite good.

I had "Zazi" assist me and teach me and lead me through my problems. He was very helpful.
