Tecobuy 

This was my first purchase, knowing that it would take at least 2 weeks, I must admit I was skeptical thru some of the negative reviews. I went ahead and ordered, from day one I was kept informed of the progress of my order, right thru to Hermes delivering to my door,took about 10days, couldn't phrase them enough. I will definitely be using them again!

I was very sceptical about using Tecobuy as the price seemed to good to be true. Especially when the supplies tracking number didn’t work add to that I didn’t take out the sites insurance and I’d read plenty of bad reviews. But I have to say the product a galaxy S21 256GB arrived yesterday via DPD so I’m very happy and would order again from Tecobuy.

I ordered and paid for a phone 3 months ago. After months of me emailing weekly I have now been offered a £10 refund as compensation (not even 5% of the cost) as apparently it was lost by the courier.
Prior to being lost it also took almost a month to dispatch despite payment being taken immediately.
They will not give me a refund as it was being sent by standard shipping therefore not insured.
If they were a UK company then I would be able to get a full refund (as I should) as contract with seller not courier and covered by Consumer Rites act. Sadly this does not apply.

Seperately the customer service has been appalling. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, even though you may get a bargain it is simply not worth the risk.

I do think some people don't read the information on the website. Its from HK and it can take a bit of time to get the order delivered. I ordered an FTZ adapter mount in a white box on the 8th June. I've received it today on the 16th in an official Nikon box. I saved best part of £100 too so whats to complain about. Excellent stuff and will use them again.

I bought a drone DJI Mini 2. I haven't received it yet. I hope everything will be Ok. The price was fantastic but it takes too long to arrive (more than 15 business days).

Bought the ASUS Zenfone 8. Could not be more happier with the overall experience! I was nervous having read all the reviews however the price I got it for (£460) cannot be beaten online at other retailers available within the UK. If you are nervous just use PayPal as it holds a legal right to refund. Do not go on their tracking system as its broken. But once DPD acquires it its a normal UK delivery with great communication once its on these shores. To give you an idea, placed order on the 5th June. Received it yesterday, 15th June. Allow around 2 weeks tops as their website also states. Hope this helps some buyers as others' reviews helped me. Will buy from TecoBuy again! Edit : Also got phone authenticated on Asus website straight out the box sealed as it says. Top phone

This company is a scam! I ordered a Samsung phone with them on 29th May and after nearly 3 weeks didn't hear anything back. After emailing customers support they responded after 2 days saying the phone hasn't even been dispatched. And I'm sure it never will. Reported them to PayPal waiting to get £700 back. Big scam, Avoid at all cost

DO NOT USE. Lots of people have been ripped off. Very underhand company. Possibly fraudulent.

Sold me a Nest Doorbell that was faulty and did not even power on. They have provided me with returns labels that do not work, my parcel just keeps getting sent back to me, they are treating me like this is my fault and refusing a refund!

Take a look at their Facebook Tecobuy UK they are not in the U.K.!!!

First time I’ve ordered from them I ordered a Tamron 17-35mm lens. Was much cheaper than the equivalent in the UK shops. Okay, I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but the cost saving of more than £150 made it worth it.
Lens is the genuine article and works well.
Communication was good and I was able to track my delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Ordered a VR headset from Tecobuy as it was around £100 cheaper than other suppliers in the UK. I'd done a bit of research and had seen that they seemed to be UK based.

Only after I ordered did I notice that this wasn't coming from UK, but rather from HK, the company has a listing in both UK and HK which made me a bit suspicious.

I looked through some reviews and then was quite certain I'd been scammed. Wasn't *too* worried as I'd paid by Paypal, however I decided to see how this would play out. I'd ordered on the 1st of June and the tracking updated on the 9th of June with an erroneous attempted delivery in the wrong part of London to where I live. Were they in cahoots with someone at Royal Mail somehow???!! I was sure this was how they were going to get around my PayPal refund!! My trigger finger hovered nervously over the "Submit Claim" in the PayPal Resolution Centre....

And then it arrived. And I have it in my hands.

So I'll knock one star for the nerves caused, the fact that they don't disclose that this comes from HK and that I need an adapter to use this in the UK, however... it was £100 cheaper, and I'm pretty happy I've got my VR headset now.

Quite a shrewd buy I tell myself as I pat myself on the back, just (as others have noted on here) don't expect Amazon Prime timelines. Possibly better timelines then Wish perhaps?

One more fake company,samsung note 20 ultra allready 2 weeks delay and no answer,open refund case by paypal

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20+ G985 8GB/128GB on 26 May. It is now 14 June and I have not received it yet. It has according to their express delivery service gone from one warehouse in Hong Kong to another. They have invited me to keep an eye on the tracker for further updates. Having read that you can cancel in the first 30 days it now seems clear that the plan is to deliver it outwith this time to stop me. Had I known this was coming from a Far East country I would never have bought this as I have doubts this will be the real thing / not reconditioned. A very expensive, long suffering and disappointing rip off.
NB I used Topcashback to find this supplier because I thought they would only use reputable companies, another learn, Ill be avoiding both in future.

Ordered a Godox AD200 flash and spare battery from Tecobuy. Was a bit wary due to some negative reviews but my transaction was excellent. The tracking info was accurate, the goods arrived well packed and in good condition 2 weeks from order. I was expecting that and was happy to wait for the useful saving.

Very pleased with the AD200 so far, it does all I expected of it. I'm happy, and will use Tecobuy again.

I have mixed feelings about this website. Three weeks ago I purchased a nintendo switch lite for a decent price, in the order confirmation it said that delivery would take 2-3 days and that I would be followed up with a tracking number shortly.

This did not happen & after exchanging a few emails with customer support I found out that my item was somewhere in China (tracking number was now provided by them also). I found this to be misleading as the item only just arrived today , but was ordered around 3 weeks ago. Although it is brand new and unopened & came with an adaptor for the UK sockets.

If you don’t mind waiting , I guess it’s a good website keep in mind that it will not take 2-3 days.

I emailed twice regarding delivery dates, communication was very good. I was a bit concerned reading some reviews but my parcel arrived in perfect condition well packed and exactly what I ordered

Ordered a JLB Flip 5 which arrived in 7 days, the item was very well packaged and the box seals were intact. Best of all, saved quite a bit of money with the purchase.

Placed my order for a lens on 25th May, on 31st I got an email to say it was ready to be dispatched. I never received it until the 12th June. On two occasions I was denied a refund with the excuse that my order had been dispatched.

It is clear to me they do not stock the items advertised but order them from their supplier with your money. Do not encourage this practice and the worry that you have lost your money - pay a little more and use a reputable dealer.

I bought a galaxy a52, I saved £20 from UK.
But after 3 weeks I got a damaged box, the seal was broken, and there was a tiny mark on the corner of the screen. When complained they said:
`Please note that under the terms of our warranty, it only covers for functional issue of the item itself caused by a product malfunction. Physical damage or cosmetic issues, regardless of how they came to be, will not be covered`

So what they say is any damage in transit or seals open they will not cover. Infact my one has a tiny mark on the screen as well. So buy at your own risk, damaged items will not be covered....

have now purchased several items through Tecobuy and am very pleased with each one ..great value ..great products and great service.

First time using this company and I checked the reviews on here first.
I'd agree with people saying ignore the negative reviews (not to say that these reviews aren't valid to the people who left them but all companies have happy and unhappy customers).
I think you just need to manage your expectations when ordering.
As someone else said, don't expect an Amazon Prime style service in terms of speed.
The communication could be better - my item was listed as "in stock" when I ordered but when I queried why the order hadn't moved in 7 days I was told they were awaiting stock. Take the stock checker with a pinch of salt.
Probably took 17 days from order to receipt of the item but that's fine when you consider the immense saving over buying from local UK retailers.
So, it might not be the slickest experience, but be patient and you should get a good result.
Certainly not a scam though.
