Tecobuy 

Ordered two lenses and saved a fortune on them. Delivery is a farce - non-existent(fake?) tracking and the stated stock levels seem to be a random number generator.
However, both lenses arrived within a couple of weeks, in perfect new condition, and I saved a bundle. Would definitely use again. Support are pretty good.
Would definitely use insured delivery, and pay through paypal.

Please avoid this outfit.

I've been chasing these guys for my item (mobile phone) since April. They have instead deferred responsibility to the courier, who eventually declared the item lost.

When requesting a replacement, TecoBuy gave me £10 'compensation' and a pithy apology, 'noting my concern' (actual words used).

I've referred the case to PayPal who are now issuing me with a full refund.

Dear TecoBuy - offering your customers a false choice of FREE postage over OPTIONAL insured delivery doesn't free you of responsibility if something goes wrong. If you actually cared about your customers, all your shipping would be shipped priority and insured.

I bought a new iPad Air 2020. There are many problems that showed up within the first week. Loses charge, screen freeze and the on/ off button doesn't always work. As for the sensor that doesn't work at all. I cant believe how many problems this iPad has. I've informed them of all these problems I've gone through their process yet they are using delay tactics telling me to do things in order to fix the device which problem I've no idea. I don't want it fixed i want my money back id rather pay a little more and get a device that works and can be returned should the need arises easier. Hopefully there wont be a need though. I would not recommend buying from them or a company outside of GB im sorry.

I ordered a eufyCam 2 Pro Wireless Home Security Camera System at a price so lower than anywhere in the UK, so that’s why I purchased from Tecobuy.

The camera system took a total of 16 days to arrive, which although this was clearly stated in their website, my only concern was that whilst they said it could be tracked, that was not the case in the UK. So whilst I’m willing to accept that one small issue in return for the significant saving I made, it would be transparent, if the company highlighted that it did not track for customers in the UK, Having said that as soon as it hit the UK, the delivery company here informed me that it would be delivered that same day!

As for the eufyCam 2 Pro Wireless Home Security Camera System, it is a fantastic system at a great low price, so I will be back to buy more at Tecobuy

I have purchased a couple of lenses from Tecobuy and I've been very pleased with both products and services.

Excellent service, goods arrived after three working days of order being placed and was tracked with a delivery window given. The studio flash was very well packed and protected. Unit is exactly as described and the price considerably lower than other suppliers. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a phone online unknown to me this is not a UK company. 3 months have now past and still no phone. Multiple requests for a refund and the same reply saying thanks for my understanding this is being investigated by Hermes their delivery company. Reading through reviews this seems to of happened to a lot of customers so avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money and receive no product

Terrible company DO NOT TRUST! Ordered dyson hair straighteners thinking they were UK based. 20 days later still no product. Eventually they tell me the parcel is lost and I can have a £10 refund!!!! The straighteners cost over £300. No proof that the parcel even left - ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS

watch has no uk region so samsung pay won't work as will tell you cards are invalid..

Really pleased I purchased from Tecobuy! Yes my iPad took two weeks to arrive and yes it came with an adapter; however, I expected this beforehand. Product came brand new and sealed… and price was a bargain. Would definitely order again :)

Delivery is quite quick if items are in stock and packing was also very good. I also found communication was fine bearing in mind they are a different time zone from me.

I expect to be a regular customer.

I was surprised at the low price for the sigma 100 to 400 zoom lens which was a whopping £300 less from other suppliers. As this was shipped from Hong Kong took 14 days but was well worth the Waite. I will use them again

I ordered a lens from Tecobuy recently, and I'm over the moon with it. The shipping was actually very fast considering and the value was fantastic. It was trackable, which gave me confidence, and arrived safely. I'm now considering ordering my next camera from them...

As noted by other buyers, the delivery time is quite long, however, they were clear about this in their communications to me before I placed the order so no issue, the huge saving more than compensates for the extended delivery. Purchase related to 2 x Apple Watch series 6.

Item was as described and works fine only gripe is, the Casio watch was ordered from Tecobuy thinking they were a UK company and operated in the UK as the advert showed a Union flag, however the item was shipped from Hong Kong and arrived 1 week after my daughters birthday, at no time was I advised of the delivery by Tecobuy, its was only an email from Pay Pal advised of shipping progress that I was aware it had been posted.

Got a great price on a OnePlus Nord smartphone, £70 cheaper than anywhere in the UK.

Phone took about 10 working days to arrive, which I'm willing to accept in return for the saving.

I will say the shipping tracking didn't work for me, so does make you a little nervous. I did take out additional insurance for an extra £5 too just in case but with hindsight I'm protected as I paid via credit card anyway.

Overall great price and as expected.

I'd researched the company a little that helped set my expectations on things such as delivery and service.
There was a small glitch that the order wasn't linked to my account, therefore I couldn't monitor delivery etc. Once I contacted the UK support email (not some other standard contact provided earlier) they quickly connected the order and I could monitor progress through to delivery. Product is just as described and working well.

I bought an add on camera for my EUFY security system. It was the cheapest price anywhere online. I was a little worried as I had never heard of the company before. However, they kept me well updated with emails about it being despatched etc, and it arrived in excellent order. Brand new, sealed and works perfectly! Will probably buy more from them.

I bought a tablet from Tecobuy - my first purchase from them. The whole transaction went very smoothly, from finding the product on their website, through the ordering/payment process, the tracking of my parcel to its arrival. Would buy from them again.
