We booked a holiday with Teletext yesterday
We are so looking forward to go away when we looked at our documents. My wife name was incorrect so I phoned back up and we have spoken to 6 or seven people since and we still have no joy in changing her name. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and all I’ve got back was no one is available absolutely disgusting service I asked for a full refund back and all I’ve got told is you got no chance. in future, I will not be booking with Teletext anymore. PS I forgot to say we booked five previously with them no more.
Chris was extremely helpful and worked out at least 5 options to find a best suited short notice half board holiday package to Canary Islands for a family of four adults. We were happy with the deal and it was quite less compared to Love Holidays and Last Minute.com. I will approach teletext for other holidays in future. Chris, thank you so much for all your help with our booking.

I needed to have the name on my holiday booking changed to match my passport, and Ken took ownership of my case from start to finish. He was patient, professional and kept working on it until everything was sorted. He went above and beyond, making sure all the correct documents were sent and the name change was completed successfully.
His dedication and determination made all the difference. Thanks to Ken, everything is now sorted and I can finally look forward to my holiday with complete peace of mind.

My experience has been mixed but i want to thank Alan and Kenneth for being able to sort out the minor hiccups that i faced, i still have not been on holiday however I have been in contact with airline transfer company and hotel to confirm everything and make sure that the holiday runs smoothly as i am travelling with 2 small children and my mum which has bad legs sometimes, its also our first holiday in a long time, however Alan and both Kenneth were able to fix any problem and a transfer upgrade free of charge, thank you so much 👌🏼

AVOID TELETEXT HOLIDAYS – DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
We booked a holiday two months in advance through an agent called Raj. Four weeks before departure, we received an email informing us of construction work around the Rixos Radamis hotel.
We immediately contacted Teletext Holidays to discuss our options and tried to move the booking to a later date. We gave FOUR different alternative dates and, conveniently, every single one was apparently “not available”. After spending 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone with Aaron, we had completely had enough and requested a full refund.
Aaron processed the refund and clearly told us that we would receive the money within 5 working days and that the finance team would contact us within 24 hours.
24 hours passed. No call. No email. Nothing.
I called again and spoke to Naveen/Nav, who gave us a completely different story. We were now told that TUI takes 14 days to refund Teletext Holidays, and then Teletext Holidays takes ANOTHER 14 days to return the money to us. So we are apparently expected to wait up to 28 DAYS for our own money back.
I made it clear that we paid Teletext Holidays, NOT TUI. I was simply told, “That’s the process and you have to wait.”
Absolutely ridiculous. Why tell a customer the refund will take 5 working days if the actual process supposedly takes 28 days? Either staff are giving out false information or nobody knows what they are doing.
The service has been disgraceful from start to finish. Endless time on hold, conflicting information from different advisers, broken promises and zero urgency when it comes to returning customers’ money.
Their customer service appears to be outsourced to advisers in India, and every call feels unnecessarily long, with customers left sitting on hold for ridiculous amounts of time while trying to get basic answers.
AVOID TELETEXT HOLIDAYS. Once they have your money, getting clear answers or getting it back becomes a battle. I would never book with them again.
