Disappointing customer service experience. I reported the issue immediately after receiving the product, but instead of resolving it, I was repeatedly asked for the same information. The process became unnecessarily difficult and stressful. I hope future customers receive a more efficient resolution process.

Wide range of products at great prices

I live in New Zealand and had never bought anything from Temple & Webster before. I was a bit worried about it but after paying for the lamp, I quickly received the invoice and a tracking link. They were absolutely marvellous. The lamp took about three weeks to arrive in New Zealand from when I ordered it. I highly recommend Temple & Webster and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. They have some great stuff.

Great little addition to my family day care service. The kids noticed it straight away and loved their new space. Easy to assemble, good quality wood.

I have bought so much from Temple and Webster over the past 18 months for my renovation. Everything is easy to order and is delivered quickly and always intact. All the purchases were exactly what was stated and all are quite high quality.

So we get the bed. Randomly get the bed frame 2 weeks after we receive the mattress. And guess what? We’re missing important parts we can’t measure and buy so we had to contact the company to let them know. They emailed us back pretty fast to just say there sending the parts! Good right? Well it’s now been 3 weeks of us couch surfing waiting for this part to come which was supposed to come a whole week ago! No contact no nothing! Haven’t heard a thing and we’re just waiting for this tiny part. Go with a different company don’t bother ordering from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for making us have no bed for a whole month.
Edit: not only did I get a fast reply on this but when I did contact them I haven’t heard a thing. The phone number they supplied, guess what! It’s disconnected. How do I give minus stars? What a total joke. These guys want there customers sleeping on the floor apparently.
