Great service, fast shipping and amazing quality

Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a functional yet stylish buffet cabinet.

So we get the bed. Randomly get the bed frame 2 weeks after we receive the mattress. And guess what? We’re missing important parts we can’t measure and buy so we had to contact the company to let them know. They emailed us back pretty fast to just say there sending the parts! Good right? Well it’s now been 3 weeks of us couch surfing waiting for this part to come which was supposed to come a whole week ago! No contact no nothing! Haven’t heard a thing and we’re just waiting for this tiny part. Go with a different company don’t bother ordering from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for making us have no bed for a whole month.
Edit: not only did I get a fast reply on this but when I did contact them I haven’t heard a thing. The phone number they supplied, guess what! It’s disconnected. How do I give minus stars? What a total joke. These guys want there customers sleeping on the floor apparently.

The fact that the order came in two deliveries and that the advice given over the phone didn’t match with the product.

Temple and Webster are such a trustworthy company! We have purchased so many items for our home from them, ranging from beauty vanities, to an entire guest bedroom! Great quality and the price is amazing!

Recently purchased two Sabrina recliners. Very good experience and easy-as to complete. Delivery was very quick and actually arrived earlier than expected. We find the chairs are very comfortable and fit our decor very well. Being new it's not unexpected that it might take a little getting used to getting out of the chair. (Or is that just me being used to a lift chair?) If there was anything negative I would say the side pocket is a little low - nothing that can't be overcome. The chairs came each in two parts and were easy enough to slip together - the second one was easier still. The whole experience dealing with Temple & Webster was easy and simple. Looking forward to happy hours relaxing.

Good colour

Living in North Qld can be challenging to receive ordered goods but Temple and Webster are quite quick with deliveries and have so far always been before the expected date of delivery I made a little mistake with putting together my tv unit and the customer service team were so helpful and suppled replacement parts quickly. Very happy all round

I had purchased the Havana natural lamp, i needed this urgently to finish off a surprise bedroom make over for my daughter, i contacted Temple and Webster and they heard me, its was delivered in 3 days. Im so happy with this lamp and has elevated the coastal room i created.
