shocking customer service, can not talk to anyone and AI is useless and when I did finally speak with a person, they had no idea about stock or deliveries. Placed 1 order with 5 item All the information received was (10-12 June) Now being told separate deliveries, will only leave in the street not at unit. 1 item delivered (SMS) on the 3rd. I don't know where this is. had a call from caretaker of units that 2 items are waiting for me to move on 6th, I have no idea where everything is. T&W told me not their issue. They took my money. suggest everyone avoid this company

I hadn't used an online furniture supplier previously, but the product supplied was excellent & I would return to Temple & Webster again.

My faith in Temple & Webster was reinstated after I finally received an email from Helen regarding the return process. She was helpful, professional, and provided the assistance I had been trying to obtain.

That said, I strongly suggest the company carefully reviews its marketing material to ensure products are represented accurately and that customers are not misled by images or descriptions that don’t reflect the actual item received.

I also feel the quality of some products is not what it used to be, which has been disappointing. Improving product quality and consistency would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence.

Despite my recent experience, I appreciate Helen’s assistance and hope to give Temple & Webster another chance in the future. I am hopeful that my next purchase will reflect the quality and service that originally made me a customer.

The sideboard is beautiful and very good quality. The price was unbeatable and when I had a problem with a piece being damaged in transit, the company was very quick to offer me a replacement. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased the Gabriela day bed and it is really lovely. Just perfect for my needs. The handy trundle is great too. My husband and I assembled it, and it's much easier with two. It took longer than anticipated but the end result is lovely. Instructions included are clear and accurate, and additional screws and fastenings of each size are included in case you misplace something. The delivery time given was revised multiple times, but I didn't have to wait as long as I thought. Very happy 😊

Product was good value for money shipping takes too long

I recently purchased a hall runner from Temple & Webster and couldn't be happier with the experience. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and I was able to purchase the runner at a great sale price.

Ordered a dining table applying 2 flex gift cards. The site accepted both cards but applied only one, rendering the other promo code unfit for re-use. Several attempts to get my issue sorted with their terrible chatbot and equally terrible customer reps. I've waited over a week and no one from their accounts bothered to respond. Luckily, I'd paid through Paypal, so was able to raise a complaint there. To which I finally received a call from T & W. They asked me to close the Paypal complaint even before placing the credit (really?!), to which I clearly refused.
I got an email the same evening stating my refund is under process. I'm still waiting.
If it wasnt for Paypal, I wouldve lost my $100 thanx to T&W.

I brought a few furniture pieces and one of my items (a kids bedside table) arrived with damage I just wanted a replacement panel which wasn’t possible so the product was completely replaced at no cost to me. Sage and Jericho were the representatives I dealt with and both were friendly and professional.
After my experience I am more at ease shopping with this company (it’s always a gamble when trying new sites online as to whether you’ll get what you see and if something goes wrong will they help).
I got exactly what I ordered and they replaced the damage product, it was quick and easy. Great communication, I’m very pleased.

Great prices & good quality furniture. Delivery should be free & more precise delivery times. We ordered 8 pieces of furniture, one set of which was delivered on a different day & we weren't home. Was 2 large boxes that we needed a ute to pick up from post office. Annoying when you are paying over $300 for delivery.
