I used Ali and his team for a top to bottom clean of my home before moving out. The team did an excellent job, were thorough and dealt with areas that had been overlooked for some time (eg basement). They were professional, but polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say great thanks to Abubakr and his wife, who handled the move-out cleaning today. They were incredibly hard working. The place was left in excellent condition.

I would not recommend this company based on both the quality of the cleaning service and the way my complaint was handled.

We paid £259 for a customised cleaning service and expected a professional standard of work. Unfortunately, after we inspected the property, numerous areas were found to have been inadequately cleaned. The kitchen was left in a poor condition, the tumble dryer had not been cleaned properly, one of the fridge/freezers was left uncleaned, and there were multiple marks, dusty areas and surfaces that clearly required further cleaning. We took photographs of everything and submitted them as part of our complaint.

What disappointed me even more was the complaints process. Rather than genuinely considering the photographic evidence we provided, the company repeatedly relied on its own internal records and the cleaners' account to dismiss our concerns. It felt as though our evidence carried very little weight, despite showing the issues we had raised.

The company also repeatedly focused on points that did not address the overall complaint, such as disputing which fridge/freezer had been cleaned and referring to an additional bathroom that we had separately paid for in cash. These points distracted from the fact that our complaint related to the overall standard of the clean, not just one or two individual items.

When we raised the complaint, the company offered a re-clean. Unfortunately, by the time the landlord's inspection had identified the issues, our tenancy had already ended and we no longer had access to the property. Despite this being completely outside of our control, the company treated this as though we had refused the re-clean and relied on this to limit any refund.

In the end, after several emails, the company maintained that its cleaners' reports outweighed the evidence we had submitted and offered only a 10% refund (£25.90) on a £259 service.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I would have appreciated a company that acknowledged our concerns and worked with us to reach a fair resolution. Instead, I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority and that the complaints process was focused on defending the company rather than resolving genuine issues.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable professional cleaning service.

As a starter, I’d encourage anyone considering this company to read the 1-star reviews alongside the 5-star reviews and make up their own mind. Based on our experience, we found the negative reviews reflected what happened to us.

We booked an end-of-tenancy clean for £313.20, expecting a professional service and peace of mind during our house move. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.

On returning to the property, we found numerous areas that had clearly not been cleaned, including cobwebs in multiple rooms, dust on top of wardrobes and behind doors, dirty kitchen cupboards, dirt under furniture, marks left on walls, no carpets had been cleaned even though we booked it. We documented these issues with photographs and submitted a detailed complaint.

Despite this, our complaint was rejected, with the company maintaining that the service had not fallen below the required standard. Their only remedy was a re-clean, which was not a practical option after our tenancy had ended and we no longer had access to the property. They then limited their goodwill offer to just 10% (£31.32) in line with their terms and conditions.

We have since received a £200 cleaning charge from our landlord, meaning we have now spent over £500 on cleaning due to the standard of the original service.

We are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the clean and the way our complaint was handled. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

Fantastic service. Excellent team on time, friendly and extremely efficient. Used for End Of Tenancy Cleaning of the house and even the letting agent commented on how clean the property was. Would definitely recommend 10 stars.

Excellent service, we bought an apartment that has not been left in the cleanest of condition, strong smells and very dirty appliances . The difference after the cleaners had been in everything was spotless and looked like new and smelt great would highly recommend this service . Fast and reliable

Adin & his team did a wonderful job on our clean. We booked pretty much the full works in readiness for putting our house on the market. The team arrived early, Adin took time to go through the booking and for me to show him around. He then stayed until we returned home once we had the call to say they were finished so that he could show me everything they had done.

One of his team even gave my little girl a cake! Excellent customer service from Adin & his team 👏

Terrible experience. Cleaners did not turn up on the date that I booked 3 weeks prior. I chased the company on the day to see where the cleaners was, and after waiting an hour was told that they had cancelled for an emergency. I then had to ask my landlord for access to the property for the cleaners the next day - even though my tenancy has finished on the originally booked day.
The cleaners came on the second day and for a end of tenancy clean, left after two hours as they had another job to go to. You cannot do a deep thorough clean as I expected in two hours! My landlords have complained, the carpets were not deep cleaned, neither were the windows, cupboards etc. I paid £250 for a terrible service. When I complained I was told that I am only entitled to a reclean, so that would be effectively the third attempt to actually just a clean done!
I've lost my deposit and am out of pocket for the clean that wasn't delivered. I'm so frustrated as I think I deserve my money back but unhelpful replies and no real resolution.

Robert and his two colleagues did an outstanding job! They came in and blitzed a filthy bedroom and turned it around in just over an hour.

They deep cleaned so efficiently that it was a pleasure to walk in the room afterwards.

Adin and his team did a good job. They cleaned at my property and an end of tendency property and did a good job at both of those. They are also really efficient and fast. Reasonable price and does as asked. Both properties were left in a fantastic way. Didn’t have to tell them much. They know what they are doing.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Abubakr’s team did a deep clean of my mother’s property, which hadn’t been maintained for quite some time, so it was a challenging job. They worked incredibly hard and the transformation was remarkable. Professional, friendly, and thorough throughout—I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class cleaning service. Adir was really nice and overall he did an ok job. There was still bits where I had to go over myself, like window corners and bits of the carpet. Also, I paid for a carpet deep clean and was told on arrival that they only vaccum it. He did however perform a miracle cleaning the old oven and for that I'm really grateful.
