Robert and Valerie from Tenancy cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning my late fathers apartment prior to completion on the sale They arrived on time and were very professional. The mirrors and windows were left sparkling with no smears and the neglected dirty oven and extractor fan were transformed. I couldnt believe it. All the other areas including the insides of cupboards were cleaned to a high standard. The company itself were very easy to deal with and sent helpful reminders. I would highly recommend this company and thank Robert and Valerie for their attention to detail

End of tenancy cleaner arrived 2 hours early without notice whilst we were still moving the remainder of my stuff out.

He did a good job cleaning however, he completely damaged the carpet near the balcony. I sent a complaint and received an extremely long and unnecessary paragraph explaining that their video VS my picture of the current state of the carpet is not comparable (you can quite easily see the damage).

Someone from the complaints department, also tried to quote unrelated passages from the terms and conditions that didn’t help his argument that I have no actual evidence their cleaner messed up and kept reiterating that their cleaner did well other than the fact that they messed up the carpet, like that makes it okay.

Learnt my lesson, not booking with them ever again.

We had booked an end of tenancy clean which included a full deep clean of the property, a deep clean of the oven, hob and extractor fan, the dishwasher and deep clean of all carpets. Three lovely ladies arrived fully equipped and we honestly cannot believe how fantastic the end results are. The place is cleaner than when we first moved in. So professional and the level of expertise was fantastic.
If anyone is needing an end of tenancy clean please reach out to this company. You really won’t be disappointed.

Very easy to book. I changed my quote around a couple of times and that was seamless. They managed to send someone with less than 24 hours notice. Ali was great, very high standard of cleaning.

Guarantee admitted in writing, then never honoured. Paid £1,500 for an end-of-tenancy clean (invoice #17898); the quote was at the high end but we proceeded partly on the strength of the advertised re-clean guarantee. The agent’s check-out flagged eight residual items. I claimed the guarantee within their 7-day window and their reply confirmed in writing that the booking was covered. The check-out report, clerk’s photographs and agent’s photographs were all provided the same day, with access confirmed. No visit was ever scheduled. Instead: a request to resubmit everything through a complaints form, a promise of a full response “by close of business today,” then silence. We are now arranging another company to finish the flagged items at our own cost.

Horrible, pathetic service.
They didn't even clean basic items
Floor skirtings are full of dust,
Bathroom shower was not descaled
Basic mopping and vacuuming was not done - Food particles on the floor
Kitchen shelves were left with food
Kitchen walls left oily
Chimney was left oily (additional paid)
Lamp shades were left with cob webs
Cobs webs in ceilings
Radiators not cleaned

I mean what not?! . Don't waste money and time with these people

If there was a star below one I will give that.

My tenany cleaning was done by Ali's team and it is at its best! I would recomment them for sure.

The worst experience ever! Our flat was not clean, the building company rejected our tenancy end of clean due to so so many errors and they wouldn't do anything to help remedy the issue. We raised thorough, legitimate and details issues to do with dirt and dust and the response was unhelpful. Do not work with them.

If i could leave less than star i would. the flat is unclean and rejected by our company meaning we need to pay all over again for remedial cleaning so the company said cleaning 'dust, cobwebs, dirty floors,drip marks and smears' is beyond their scope of work. the wost experience ever - don't waste your money unless you want to get charged all over again while Mas has the worst customer service of anyone i have dealt with,

Cleaner cancelled about 10 minutes before arrival time.

Was told I hadn’t paid so a refund didn’t need to be issued. I had paid. Although they have stated the refund is being processed it has now been 4 days and no refund in my account. Wouldn’t recommend.

Christos Ntemo Team have done an amazing job. They have made the whole house cleaner than when we started our tenancy. Punctual and very good with my 7 year old with answering all of his questions.

Edit : now that I've had time to go over the property the job is nowhere near good enough specially added blinds to the quote and paid extra for each one and none have been done, cobwebs still there and appliances not cleaned, splashback not cleaned radiators not wiped extractors in bathrooms not touched. I was rushed around to see what they wanted me to see. And then given a link to leave a 5 star review and told i need to leave a 5 star review and they need a screen shot. A 3rd of the deposit was paid for the clean and I will be lucky to get any back unless I re-clean.

Christos and his colleague arrived promptly and cleaned the house well. They were both polite and helpful.

Unfortunately I opted for an end of tenancy clean, this wasn’t to the optimum professional standard by any chance and by the time the landlord reviewed it, I still had to pay additional charges for a professional cleaner as lots of windows, worktops and sockets were still left uncleaned. The carpet also didn’t look professional cleaned by any means. I wont be recommending this service at all!

Great, friendly service. Very thorough and efficient - flat never looked cleaner! Would recommend!!
