They hide cancellation info & keep your card info even if you ask them to remove it

They hide the cancellation information in the resident portal connected to it & even if you remove all your pre-authorized payments, they will charge you anyway.
This cannot be legal. I could not possibly recommend anything less.
EDIT: Whilst contacting them in regards to this, I had the misfortune of communicating with Viktor Mak who sent me a plethora of emails full of thinly veiled passive aggression. Thanks Viktor & “warm regards”.

Helped me out with our first ever…

Helped me out with our first ever problem tenant. Eventually got round to thanking them as the letter of intended action did the trick and the tenant in my rented flat caught up to date with march’s missed rental payment.
