A useless customer service, a horrible site, infamous commentators. An utter disgrace.

Like all the comments I see below tennis tv renewed my 6 months subscription without warning. When contacting the customer service they hide behind the fact that it is your fault that you didn’t cancelled as written somewhere far in the agreement.

No way to get refund or escalate a complaint.

They mainly have 250 ATP tournaments and some 500.

So please cancel your pass as soon as you get it to avoid facing poor customer service

THEY AUTO RENEW without any warning. Difficult to cancel and get money back. Beware. The Tennis Channel is better.

Awful platform, not worth even half the money. Totally ruined it with "a system update" - you can't skip forward or back with keyobard. You should be able to skip with a mouse but there is only option to skip 20 sec (which is way to long in mens tennis) but also this option actually doesnt work. Stream Quality is poor. some matches doesnt play, they log you out all the time. Tv app is trash. And dont even get me started on customer service. They dont respond for hours and days. When the respond the ask a question, you answer asap and they ghost you. Ive been speaking with them for 3 months (!!!!YES) about forward and reverse not working and so far the told me 3 different versions about the issue:
1. there is no issue, it works fine
2. because of the update it will work like that so get used to it
3. there is a problem and it will be fixed but dont know when

This company is not professional at all. I had to ask SEVEN TIMES to speak with somebody else because one team member was just refusing to help me or get somebody else to help me.

I asked for refund or some kind of compensation because of different time zones i watch a lot of replays and cant skip or pause so in my opinion it stoped working as it should and they refused it.

For around 5 years, Amazon had the UK rights for all the men's tennis (except for the majors). Was a good price (Included Prime) and there was a FULL catchup service.

Now the rights are back with Sky. So it's a huge monthly cost of slightly cheaper with Now TV. But with around 5% of the catch up service compared to Amazon/Discovery Plus/Tennis TV.

So Tennis TV, priced midway between Now TV and the Amazon old days (or Discovery Plus who have the rights for 2 majors.) But because they have the full catchup service and Now TV does not, most fans are stuck with Tennis TV.

But their service is sub standard. Streaming technical issues means it is sometimes impossible to watch. Their customers service is worse. They either ignore you or gaslight you and blame your fiber service or equipment.

"How is it streaming on BBC, Amazon, Discovery Plus, Now TV all work fine but not on Tennis TV.....?" and then you get.... Silence!

They are just horrendous.

I subscribed to Tennis TV excited to be able to keep up with ATP tournaments and watch matches. However the service is incredibly poor, it is hard to navigate and find matches and I barely saw anything I was interested in watching. I cancelled in the under 14 day period and requested the refund as I had subscribed for 6 months. I have been told that they will not refund me as I had 'waived my right' by subscribing and accessing content. Customer Service has been rude and aggressive.

I will absolutely not recommend and am incredibly disappointed at how I have been treated.

A seriously overpriced app. Definitely not worth the money.

No problem with this service in south of France we love it but just pay for months when we need . BBC ( via VPN or Sky ) and Eurosport provide us coverage for slams . However why does this company waste money on the totally useless commentary I do not know . They are not needed.

I paid for a one-month subscription but was unable to watch any content. Everything I wanted to watch was unavailable on Tennis TV. Additionally, the navigation on the platform is very poor.

98% of the time it's bad quality picture. Can't even see the ball!

Very poor that bbc are not covering the English players in tennis at the Olympics

We purchased a brand new Samsung Smart TV in March 2024 so my elderly mother could continue to watch tennis, her favourite sport, as Sky TV were no longer offering tennis coverage. It has been an absolute nightmare from the outset. The TV technician got the App set up. We logged in. After 30 mins the screen froze. It would not move off the frozen picture. We logged out, the TV would not return to normal for 15 mins. We log back into the App, frozen screen. Called and paid for a specialist technician to assist. Same thing, screen froze after several minutes. Contacted Tennis TV 'customer service' - I use that term very loosely. The person you correspond with via email won't provide their name, or refer to a manager. After 4 months of not being able to watch the tennis because their App continues to freeze on a brand new smart TV, they are still telling us that my mother is watching the tennis via her App. She's 81, she's not watching anything other than the news and Sky Sport. Tennis TV is extorting money from people, not providing a product or service, refusing to assist, accusing people of watching an App they can't view. They won't escalate complaints or provide their so called Complaints Policy. We have requested a refund on numerous occasions, 'D Marshall' keeps advising we are watching the App.... Impossible. The screen is frozen.
My mother has spent a large amount of her pension in an attempt to watch the tennis. It's given her anxiety. We now take our concerns to Consumer Protection/Fair Trading Act. Tennis TV should not be allowed to sell subscriptions in NZ when this is how they operate. It's appalling. Avoid at all costs.

I have been watching coverage of Hamburg and now Atlanta.....The picture quality is appalling on both. Like a great many people, I only use the Tennis TV app because there are no other options available to see Mens ATP coverage and this is the service I have to pay for!!!

I've used tennis TV on several occasions, only due to lack of options.
Each time there are issues with their APP.
I can login with my S20 ultra phone and my S6 Lite tablet, however, when I download Google Play, Tennis TV APP, I ALWAYS get an error that my credentials are incorrect.

Numerous emails to a BOT help desk with zero result.

It's enormously frustration. They take your money though 🤔

I am based in New Zealand. As no one bought the rights to broadcast Wimbledon this year, and Tennis TV is the only app available to watch Wimbledon in NZ, I paid for a Premium membership for one month. Big mistake! I still haven't been able to watch one live match. I've contacted them and they are just hopeless. We're now halfway through the tournament, and I still haven't seen one match. Waste of money! Don't give Tennis TV one dollar of your money! They are hopeless.

Hello everyone, i’m Maria Luisa and i subscribed to TennisTv for a month to see Nadal at the Foro Italico and Roland Garros. The service is perfect, the one thing (and not less important) is that they broadcast ONLY ATP tournaments, completely abandoning WTA tournaments, i wanted to see Iga Światek’s performance but i didn’t have the opportunity. I think that’s sad, humiliating and sexist.
If someone enjoys watching tennis matches, then he/she will like to watch ATP AND WTA tournaments, think what WTA stars like Iga would think knowing something like this. I think nowdays it’s intollerable and so so understimating… too bad to give more than 1 star. Oh and take note that TennisTv is one of the official licensed ATP tour broadcasting channels. (crazy !!!)

I intended to unsubscribe before the billing date but couldn’t find the option in the TennisTV app on iOS. I then planned to cancel via the website but forgot, resulting in a payment being processed yesterday. I kindly asked about refund what usually company do for their clients, but not that company.

So I pay to watch RolandGarros which I can't, and they don't even reply for a refund? I have not used your services

SCAM! NO TENNIS AFTER PAYMENT!
My lawyer just works on a class action lawsuit with many people who got scammed.
