The video enhancement quality is outstanding, however, the upload facility is hit and miss. Video clips much longer than 5 minutes would not upload. There is no notification of this in the help guide. I had to split my clips to upload them. Even then a number of short videos failed to upload. In addition upload speed is slow, making it extremely frustrating when the load fails. Finally, higher quality enhancements cost a lot more than the 2 minutes per dollar suggested. So, upgrading a 45 minute video to 4K quality, will cost me (when I can upload all the files) around $130.

Great Upscaler. The results are top. Together with Topaz my favourite AI Video Enhancer and Upscaler.

Cool, It helps me a lot by making videos, only they give the illusion that the first video can be free, that's the only bad thing

They are ok, there are way better options out there for sure, and be careful they do not like to give out refunds it will be very hard for you to get your money back

I like service they offer, because it is a good website where you can upscale and improve the quality of the your videos for a good subscription price that is affordable. I have used it now for a while and I am happy and would recommend it further. The UI of the website is really easy to use.

"My experience with your AI video enhancer has been impressive so far. The upscaling quality is noticeably sharper, especially for old family videos. However, I’d love to test more features like frame interpolation or noise reduction. The current ticket system is fair, but longer processing times for HD videos can be frustrating. Overall, 4/5 stars – keep improving!
