Yesterday I enhanced a video using the app. I also tried other apps, but they didn't work as well as Tensorpix. I don't need enhancing often, but when I do, I use Tensorpix. Also, I need to compliment the UI of the app, it's very user friendly.

TensorPix is the best enhancer so far, it doesn't need a good device to make your video/image looks amazingly HD. TensorPix have so many features, i already use all of the feature and the results is awesome

A site that has good tools

I had a terrible experience with TensorPix and want to warn others about their misleading policies and poor customer service.

When I initially used TensorPix, I opted for the free preview, which only showed the first few seconds of my video. Based on this limited preview, I purchased credits, however, when I used the credits, the output was extremely disappointing. The faces were very pixelated and far from the quality advertised!

My experience with TensorPix was a waste of time and money. Their free preview is misleading, their service does not deliver as promised, and their customer support is unresponsive. I advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look for more reliable alternatives.

Fantastic AI video upscaler with easy to use UI! Significantly better results than with Topaz and am able to process multiple videos at once, resulting in major time savings. A life saver.

Very bad outcome. The video was sent back upside down, slowed down and still as blurry as before. I paid for a service I didnt get and there seems to be no way to contact them to complain or ask for a refund.

Used the product to process old 16mm film family records, which were digitalized 20 years ago with terrible compression and resolution. Cleaned film dirt, digital artefacts, did 400% upscale and 2x frame rate. The result is of course not like filmed with modern equipment, but much much more better then it was before TensorPix processing.

I am writing this, waiting on my 2GB download. My internet is all good at the moment, no issues. It's not lightning-fast internet, but a download of this size would take a maybe 10-15min at the most.
My current estimated time for this download is 22 HOURS FOR A SINGLE 2GB VIDEO (the thruth is it keeps toggling between 1-2 DAYS). I've downloaded entire 40GB games in a fraction of the time.
This is not an ISP or connection issue, everything else is up to snuff and running fine.
It is sad that I have to rate this based on something technically unrelated to the core service provided, but this is ancient Internet levels of slow. What is going on?

It's so slow that I can't even preview the video I've chosen to upscale and download.

Cannot express just how amazing Tensorpix is, i'm trying to catalogue the work of a short lived band which includes their music videos which we're filmed in the mid-late 00's with old tech. After running the videos through TensorPix the clarity is incredible, it's complete transformed them from a pixelated mess to a stunning, colourful and clear picture. Absolutely gobsmacked and it's a thrill to see these videos in such a high quality resolution. Absolutely magical and well worth paying for a subscription. Thanks so much!!!!
