I ordered something from them and when I wanted to send the articles back, I had to pay the return delivery funds myself, which are 16 euros from where I live. I was SO mad, because they didn't even mention that anywhere, and now I'm stuck with paying these dumb 16 euros for absolutly nothing!:( I'm never going to order from them ever again! PS: Please be aware and look at the return conditions before ordering something...

Absolutely RUBBISH. Took something back and they didn't give me my receipt.
Had to take it back Again....but wouldn't give me a credit note.
I was told I HAD to buy something then. So in desperation and utter anger picked up couple of things hoping for the best.
What disgraceful stock/sizing/material.
I know its not the most expensive shop but please....
I am not a big girl at all but chose Xl as their sizes are definitely geared towards Asian women.
Taking them back again.
How can a department store not offer a credit note?
Your clothes are horrendous .
Sizing is a joke
Staff is basically useless.
HOW IS THIS STORE STILL TRADING?
If I could score -10 I would.

Slow process and lazy employees
I’ve been waiting for a week for the dispatch of order 23000438442 and nothing is happening – no one is communicating. Given my previous experience, when I had to personally chase up a refund that wasn’t returned automatically, I’m losing hope in this company. The clothes are great, but the staff are terrible.

Extremely slow refund process and zero real customer support
returned my order on July 15th. According to their return confirmation email, refunds should be processed within 2–3 days. It has been weeks, and I still haven’t received my money. I sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but all of them were ignored — the only thing I received was an automatic reply saying they respond within 48 hours. It has now been more than 4 days since that auto-reply, and still no actual response from a real person. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
