Lived in UK most of my life so did allot of clothes shopping. I must say and this is me being honest, Terranova sell clothes that are labeled in there own name which are over 20 years old. I see the same clothing by H&M, Matalan, Shein in the store. The said shop sells the Garments allot cheaper than Terranova. I will give you an example, I bought an ordinary jumper nothing special just a plain jumper for 25 euros this however was shocking! UK will sell for around £10.
I think this store will do allot better if they had realistic prices. In a marketing aspect point of you, if you cheat your customers, you are cheating yourselves.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago for 2 items. 3 weeks in, order was still in processing. After I submitted a ticket for an update, no one responded, but I received an automatic email saying one of the items was missing and only one will be delivered (coincidence?). The missing item wasn’t refunded to my card, and the other item has not been delivered. On the other hand, I received this survey that I was asked to complete in Italian … I’m living in Bulgaria. I used google translate to understand how I can leave a review, as this is how bad your service is.
You Terranova, are a complete and utter joke and should not be in business.

I didnt recieve my order 30 days, nobody reply to my emails, nobody contact me and now thay want my stars.
I dont have my money, and I dont have my order which I made 05.10.2024 !!!

very bad communication. I shop in bulgarian, all communication is in italian. No clear delivery terms, nothing

Shipping was delayed, no one answered my emails about it, even if I knew there were some problems with shipping due to the website o didn't expect to be it this delayed. The order came and everything was all right despite the non existing communication. I will try maybe again and give this brand a chance, but maybe I would reconsider shopping online and woul rather shop in actual store even though it's kinda far from my hometown.

I can understand that there were some technical problems and orders couldn't be delivered. Such things happen and it's not an issue here. The issue is that there was completely no information about the situation sent out for a week (!) from placing the order (whereas the confirmed delivery time in the description was 1-2 days). You expect to get your goods in 2 days, but instead you wait a week and know absolutely nothing. That behavior was extremely unprofessional and for sure I won't place any other order with Terranova.

I ordered two shirts, and one of them is not arrived.

ive been trying to contact someone multiple times and no one answered. my package is taking VERY LONG to be delivered i still dont have it. next time i want to get soenthing from terranova ill just go to a store.

Before placing the order, I read that the delivery would take 3-5 business days.

Ten days have passed since July 21, and my order has been in Germany for days.

I filled out the form on the site but did not receive a response. I also wrote on Facebook and called twice.

Now I'm writing to Terranova's international chat in Italian because no one from Bulgaria is answering, and the international support only knows Italian.
I know Bulgarian, English, and German, and I am using a translator to communicate with them. Given that they are the support team, it is only natural that I make the effort to ensure clear communication...

I paid for a product that I ordered before traveling based on the 3-5 business day delivery timeframe.

The order status shows that it is in Germany, and it is unclear when it will arrive.

I requested a refund.

I received a partial refund, not a full refund of my money...

Why are emails for czech customers in italian language ???
