I have ordered multiple times from this company and sadly their service has taken a real dive.
Products are essentially good but sizing (when ordering multiple colours in the same size) is somewhat varied!
Repeated emails have gone unanswered making the items that are larger (and smaller) than the size purchased impossible to return or exchange.
Frustrating really as the trousers themselves are good value.
Order arrived quickly enough but quality isn’t comparable to the price.
Customer service and returns are non existent. Telephone number isn’t real and emails go unanswered. Don’t bother ordering from them.

I was really impressed to find a trouser brand that makes a 31” waist and with a stretchable fabric. Fast delivery in a well packed box. Good and reasonably priced. Very comfortable and smart style. I have no hesitation in purchasing again or recommending them to anyone interested.
Really good service getting order but despite 2 attempts on website to arrange a return and emailing Territory after receiving request to rate experience on Trustpilot I have still not received a response. Would appreciate a reply to my requests. Happy to accept orders but it appears not to accept returns.
