I ordered two items from Teslaunch—a nag eliminator and wheel covers—and I’ve been very happy with both. The products worked great, installation was easy, and the instructions were clear.

What really set Teslaunch apart was their customer service. Because the nag eliminator’s compatibility depends on the vehicle’s software, their team reached out first and had me verify several details before they sent it. They could have simply processed the order, but instead they made sure the product would actually work for my car.

I really appreciated that honesty and attention to detail. Based on both the products and the service, I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer.

Customer service is nonexistent. We’re supposed to get my package last week and it’s been sitting in the same spot in California for six days. Unacceptable. No way to pick up no way to communicate every time I email I get an AI response back with no return to any of my questions that I asked previously waste of time and money

This is a terrific product; well-designed, perfect fit and high quality. It is shipped in very sturdy packaging and it arrived faster than promised. Installation instructions were easy to follow and extra adhesive enhancer was included.
I couldn't be happier with the way these look on my car; with so many Teslas on the road, mine really stands out and my rims are well-protected.

I have ordered several products for my 3 & Y. I have been very please with the quality and functionality of all the items I have purchased. Recently I purchased a set of rim protectors for my Y. One came off and I thought I would have to buy a whole new set. However I reached out and Joe is sending me a replacement:) I love the rim protectors and the extra little personalization it brings to my Y. Thanks Joe

Great price and great quality for the price. Similar to other brand with 3x the price. Shipping is slow but it’s fine if you prefer to save money

As of today 3/15/2026 I have purchased 4 different items from Teslaunch for my Y which we purchased in December 2025.
All of these items were high quality and are exactly what I ordered and wanted. If there is any criticism it is that the delivery time was a little long. However worth the wait!

Very helpful and a good service

Placing the order on line with fast and simple. I was able to track my delivery. It came well packaged with no issues at all. The 18” Aero Hubcaps Wheel Covers are well made and look great on my Tesla. I would definitely order from Teslaunch again.

Please dont waste your time ordering from here, they buy the items they are selling from China and dispatch from their. Take weeks for delivery. What a joke!
