It's to big fory head. The color match is perfect.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried any kind of hair extension. My hair has always been thin and as I get older, it gets thinner. I could not be happier with this product. It looks very natural and it is very easy to apply.

DO NOT trust this company. If you do not use their consultation first they will not refund your money. I didn't need a consultation for color, my hair is black. The problem is that the extensions are smooth, glossy and healthy "hair". Mine is double processed and damaged and frizzy, obviously you can tell it's fake hair. They will only give a replacement, why? A 100% store credit, what good will that do me? Or a 35% refund. Complete scam, ripoff and I'm out over $50!

The hair pieces are very well made and the hair is very soft and looks excellent as I wear it! It’s a TAD off the color of my hair but I have a lot of salt and pepper grays so it would hard to match no matter what color I got. The only thing that could improve is the tightening mechanism on the hairpiece. It doesn’t seem to stay tightened for very long.

I received my order and immediately realized I wouldn’t like them. I only opened the curly ones and was smoothing out the curls when I noticed a significant amount of hair falling out. I promptly contacted the company, expecting a refund, but they didn’t address the issue. Instead, they kept asking if I had done a digital color match. My problem wasn’t the color; it was the excessive hair loss that occurred immediately after opening the curls. I’m concerned about getting a refund even though they have a 30-day return policy. I’ll give it a few days and then reach out to my bank to start a dispute.

Although I had to send my extensions back because they were a little too dark, Customer Service is excellent and I am very excited to get my replacement. Thank you!!!!

Both Halos got here super fast, very well packed and super happy about my extensions! And the most amazing part? The color matching my hair was out of this world!! I am still shocked.

I purchased a set of Thathair halo extensions this past winter. In the warm months, I'm out in the sun a lot, causing my hair to lighten up signifcantly, so I ordered a lighter set of halo extensions. They match perfectly. When the Fall comes and I darken my hair again, I'll go back to using the darker extensions. I love having color options and not spending $$$$.

Full disclosure: I am NOT a “girly girl”. I don’t bother styling my hair, aside from straightening it every now and then (my natural hair = major coils and thick.) As such, I was very hesitant to try this. It is way out of my comfort zone. I am SO GLAD I did. It is super easy to apply and remove… Which is great, because I have next-to-nonexistent styling skills. I love that I don’t really need to curl it or change anything. I’m nervous about caring for the halo, and I’m sure there are videos for that. All told, I’m very satisfied. Apparently I do have some color-matching savvy, as it perfectly matches my natural hair color. I’ve worn it around people who know me extremely well and don’t know me at all… and the results are the same - everyone assumes it’s all my hair. I think that speaks for itself, and for the product. Well done.

That hair extensions was a perfect match for my hair. Recieved product in the mentioned delivery time. Quality of extensions are excellent. I'm very impressed on how the extensions fit is comfortable on my head.

My halo extensions did not work for me. I contacted the company to let them know, and even though I could not get a refund, they offered me some other products to chose from with a gift card for the amount I paid for the extensions and told me not to return them. Just keep the extensions. I am sad the extensions did not work for me, but I very much appreciate the company quick response and the offer they graciously gave me! Thank you!

Matches my color perfectly. I have a small head so when I adjust it the small metal piece ends up near the top of my head. The band doesn’t fit super snug but it works for what I need it for. The clips are nice for keeping it in place. I haven’t worn it outside the house yet but we will see how it goes when I have an event that I want to wear it to.

My order said it was delivered, wasn’t there, I emailed customer service and they told me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. It didn’t, I emailed them again and they were like sorry it happens.
So I paid my money and no halo nothing.

The price, color, and overall quality is good, but the hair does not curl. I tried to re-curl the hair as I did not like it that curly, and it straightened the hair.

Thathair is amazing! Their customer service was great! Super quick, responsive, kind, and helpful. The product was great quality- much better than I expected. I took a risk, figured I’d just try it and see how it’d turn out- but was prepared to not be wowed by the product. But when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the silkiness, and overall quality. It’s very pretty and silky. Overall very nice for the money I paid. I’m a very happy customer. Glad I took the risk! :)
