Full disclosure: I am NOT a “girly girl”. I don’t bother styling my hair, aside from straightening it every now and then (my natural hair = major coils and thick.) As such, I was very hesitant to try this. It is way out of my comfort zone. I am SO GLAD I did. It is super easy to apply and remove… Which is great, because I have next-to-nonexistent styling skills. I love that I don’t really need to curl it or change anything. I’m nervous about caring for the halo, and I’m sure there are videos for that. All told, I’m very satisfied. Apparently I do have some color-matching savvy, as it perfectly matches my natural hair color. I’ve worn it around people who know me extremely well and don’t know me at all… and the results are the same - everyone assumes it’s all my hair. I think that speaks for itself, and for the product. Well done.

That hair extensions was a perfect match for my hair. Recieved product in the mentioned delivery time. Quality of extensions are excellent. I'm very impressed on how the extensions fit is comfortable on my head.

My halo extensions did not work for me. I contacted the company to let them know, and even though I could not get a refund, they offered me some other products to chose from with a gift card for the amount I paid for the extensions and told me not to return them. Just keep the extensions. I am sad the extensions did not work for me, but I very much appreciate the company quick response and the offer they graciously gave me! Thank you!

Matches my color perfectly. I have a small head so when I adjust it the small metal piece ends up near the top of my head. The band doesn’t fit super snug but it works for what I need it for. The clips are nice for keeping it in place. I haven’t worn it outside the house yet but we will see how it goes when I have an event that I want to wear it to.

My order said it was delivered, wasn’t there, I emailed customer service and they told me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. It didn’t, I emailed them again and they were like sorry it happens.
So I paid my money and no halo nothing.

The price, color, and overall quality is good, but the hair does not curl. I tried to re-curl the hair as I did not like it that curly, and it straightened the hair.

Thathair is amazing! Their customer service was great! Super quick, responsive, kind, and helpful. The product was great quality- much better than I expected. I took a risk, figured I’d just try it and see how it’d turn out- but was prepared to not be wowed by the product. But when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the silkiness, and overall quality. It’s very pretty and silky. Overall very nice for the money I paid. I’m a very happy customer. Glad I took the risk! :)

Matches perfectly and blends in so well with my hair!

Zyren and Alo were very quick in taking care of the situation. Even though I received an initial message that the inbox was full and it might take up to 48 hours to respond -- which is reasonable -- I received a response within hours. Very impressive. The actual response was actually a very friendly one and helpful. I received the replacement within days. It really couldn't have been easier or more professional or engaging. I'd definitely recommend Thathair to anyone.

I am really impressed with these hair extensions. I absolutely love them and got tons of compliments. The colour match was perfect and you get really close to what you see online. I was really impressed with the colour match because I have a really odd colour. I got the brown to gold ones and they are perfect. One thing though is that there was one peice on the curly halo that was much straighter than the rest, so I attempted to curl it more with curling iron on a safe heat setting as the product says can be done to style. However, while it didn’t damage the Kanekalon itself, it relaxed what wave it did have to it & made it even straighter. I looked at sources online and it turns out Kanekalon holds its shape better using a hot water set curl & cool and can relax with heat from styling irons. I wish the company would have mentioned this somewhere, so it would have been less confusing with that the fact that while the iron won’t damage the heat, but it may not be the way to achieve desired styling results. This isn’t listed on the website or the instructions on the packaging. The other thing too was that I ordered from Canada, and on their website they listed almost every country’s official post service as the shipper. In this case it listed Canada Post. I was also under the impression that it might ship from the US, since I have purchased things from many merchants based out of the US that list time frames for domestic shipping for that country, as the JustHair website did, which usually being in Canada has resulted in the product shipping from the US, even if they ship to other parts of the world from other locations. However, that was inaccurate and they actually shipped from China and were handled by a Chinese shipping company and then UniUni handling the Canada portion. They still arrived within the time frame listed, and the shipping companies turned out to be very good despite UniUni having bad reviews. However, I do wish accurate shipping partners were listed on the website as I usually prefer to know this information beforehand or at checkout - even if this doesn’t necessarily influence my decision to buy or not. I am still very happy with products and was satisfied the shipping. I bought them during the buy one get one free plus the extra discount promotion. So it was a great deal. I may have been hesitant to buy if I paid the regular price, so I’m glad they offered this promotion. I love the extensions and once I get the one piece curled back again using the correct method, I’ll be really excited.

I had purchased a halo set before I realized Thathair could color match my hair. When it arrived too dark for my hair color, their customer service helped make a match & sent me a replacement without charge. The halo extension they sent me is a perfect match & I am looking forward to wearing it to a special event. I recommend you ask for their help before choosing a color.

The hair looks very fake, looks like doll hair, doesn’t blend well. It also doesn’t sit well, keeps slipping off. And the website is misleading because they don’t let you return it. Terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The color match was spot on. I took my extensions to my hairdresser, and she cut them to blend with my hair. I love being able to put it up and have so much volume!

My first order didn't match my hair (my misjudgement) but when I reached out for help I got a consultant to help me find a better color match! She was so helpful, positive and quick to respond! My replacement set came in quickly and was a perfect match! Can't wait to use these for special occasions and wedding next month!

I placed an order with Thathair. The halos arrived quickly, and the color matched perfectly. As my natural hair is growing, I decided to place another order for longer halos. I love them. They are great quality, great price. I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I was excited to see how this would seamless blend to give me more fullness.
Unfortunately, the texture of the hair is like and American Girl doll. It is very fake and doesn’t blend well at all. It is clearly fake.
The return is not easy and they won’t except it so don’t be fooled by the fake reviews and claims of a happiness guarantee.
Also the support is all AI so don’t expect to get good support.
I can’t believe companies are aloud to make false claims like this. Don’t waste your money like I did
