I didn't use the color match feature before I purchased the hair, and when I received them they didn't match at all. I contacted the company and did the color match, of which I sent them 2 sets of pictures of my hair, and was told the pictures were too fuzzy. They were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. They are offering me an exchange or store credit. What am I supposed to do if it did work in the first place? They will not refund my money. I hope they choke on it.

I can’t tell you anything about how well shipping and ordering went as I got mine as a Christmas gift. I will say though, once you get the hang of it, you’ll never want to take it off. I love mine and every little event I use it for. I got a curly and a straight one. The curly looks a little better as it blends better, but I love them both. The quality is great, although the hair feels fake, you’d never know and it looks so real and amazing. Thank you Halo for giving me one of the easiest extensions I am able to do on my own and make look so natural.

Although the color didn't match the customer service was amazing and issued a refund. Smooth experience and would try again.

The color match for my halo extensions was dead on! You truly cannot tell the difference. The texture isn't quite like my hair, but that should be expected when not buying real human hair. It's a bit heavy, which is causing some headaches, but other than that, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Love the hair and they are very responsive to any issues you may be experiencing.

I do not like these extensions. They do not sit well at all. I'm very experienced with halo hair extensions and I can't get these to work. I would like to return them.

The hair is silky and soft, and I love the option of going straight or going with my hair is natural curl. Shipping was quick, and when the first color did not match, they sent me an alternative that matches perfectly. For my first time buying from this company, I am extremely pleased and will definitely purchase from them again.

I was pleased with the hairs. They matched pretty well. On the straight on one clip came out of the netting band. But I was able to saw it back in. It came out on one end only. And it a little loose. But I'm good with them over all. Thank you.

I got the wrong color and same day write a e-mail and explained and by the end of that day they were sending me the color that they thought matched my hair color better. When I ordered I should have sent pictures for them to match the color but I didn’t do that, I know that now though.

Excellent product and excellent customer service

Like many other reviewers, the company will not give me a refund because I had to look at the color by opening the plastic package the hair piece came in. The piece was also very heavy for the flimsy wire that holds it. The piece was never removed from the encased hair netting, but yet the company says it was " used" and refuse to give me a full refund. My order came with another extra free piece that was never taken out of the plastic package. Their return /refund policy states they will refund if not used. They only offered store credit, replacement or 50% refund less fees. I will be challenging and disputing this with my credit card company to get my money back. If you need to return for a full refund, don't tell them the package was opened at all. Better yet, find another legit company that actually cares and adheres to their refund policy.

It arrived quickly and is of good quality. However, my hair is thick, coarse and too short. Doesn't blend well.
