Superb design of footwear, great range, funky AF.

First of all, I am very satisfied with the quality and style of the shoes, and second, they are extremely comfortable. The website is very clear and easy to use. The only small minus is the return of goods specifically from Latvia. Unfortunately, returns in Latvia do not work, as indicated in The Art company's return instructions.

This is my fourth pair of Art sneakers. I bought my first pair 18-20 years ago. 3 of those 4 pairs are still in use. The round toe is aesthetically pleasing while I find the flat sole and wide toe box great for my feet. You're not walking to Timbuktu or running a marathon in them but for standing around and everyday use, let's say, they are ideal.

I still have not recieved my order. According to UPS it is in a warehouse in Madrid and has not been scanned for 3 days! any help to get it to me would be gratefully recieved

Ordered shoes in my usual size and checked sizing chart before too.
Not only paid for shipping, shoes didn't fit, way too small when they should have been a bit large. I also had to pay 10€ for sending back.
Never ordering anything from your page directly again.

I'm back for my second pair of Birmingham Chelsea boots, 3 years after the first pair I bought. The originals are still going strong into their 4th winter, so I felt like I had proved they are a worthwhile investment. I wish the oiled leather was still an option because those boots are incredible! I'm not sure my nubuck pair will last as long, but they are very soft out of the box and look different with the contrast elastic. Shipping is very reasonable for a speedy and reliable service. I received my boots in France within 5 days of ordering them.
