Poor Customer Service

My watch was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Unfortunately, The Watch Studio made no effort to assist me in filing a complaint with the courier and dismissed all of my email correspondence. The incorrect delivery occurred in early December, and to date, I have still not received a refund.

Great watch and easy process.

The watch came quickly and was exactly as described. I am really pleased. It was marginally more expensive but I went with the reviews so knew there should be no problem.
