I bought a watch a while ago but for a…
I bought a watch a while ago but for a Christmas gift as it was a good price. It was scratched which wasn’t noticed until the tape had been removed. The seal was still on the back. Maria’s reply was rude and I was basically accused of lying regarding having not worn it. I left the tape on as it was a present. I have since sent photos proving the other seal was still on but as I have had no reply I am assuming they still aren’t interested. They seem fine until something isn’t right and then the company seems so go on the attack mode.

We need to clarify for our readers exactly what has happened,
You bought an item 6 weeks ago, and then you noticed us saying items was delivered with no seals on the item and a button missing, there is no way we would dispatch an item with the crown missing and seals removed, all our watches are sold factory sealed, upon dispatch we set the date (if the watch has one) and time,
Clearly you or the receiver has mis used the item and expecting our company to fulfil your needs and provide another new item, sorry we do not do that.
As a good will gesture we will have the crown replaced for a new one, but we will not take your demands and have another £125 dispatched, because we didn't comply to your demands you have decided to poorly review us, if only there was a way we could also poorly review you.
To summarise if you would like us to have the crown replaced reach out to customer service and we will do it as a good will gesture, warranty does not cover the negligence however we will do it

Customer is 100% right item has not been delivered but they failed to mention we did dispatch on time with royal mail and as per royal mail delivery tracking it shows it has been delayed.
I am not sure if Belaid betache was expecting us to hand deliver the item ourselves but we do not do that, we cannot be blamed for royal mail delaying the item,
However we have a policy in place if the item is not delivered after 7 business days we will offer to resend or refund,
To summarise we didn't delay your shipment the postal company did, and our claims can be verified if you check when the item was dispatched and follow the tracking
On behalf of royal mail I will apologies, you can also find them on trust pilot should you wish to leave them a bad review too.

Do not use Royal Mail as your delivery service
No problem at all with the watch studio
Great watch, speedy delivery
However, Royal Mail delivery service is not up to standard- I was supposed to sign for watch.
Watch was left behind a small plant pot in front drive, no text or email to say when it would be delivered and no knock on door when it was left open for the public to take
Do not use Royal Mail as your delivery service!!!

We use royal mail as they're the most reputable company for delivery within uk and as we offer free delivery we go for the most reputable affordable option, if we were to charge for deliveries we would look at companies like UPS or Fedex
