Worst trading platform made only to…
Worst trading platform made only to loot traders. It's black arrow app is also very disgusting. If u try to place an order in simulate account it get placed in real account too without your acknowledgment and that's not the only worst part, failed orders due to apps internal server error also get punched in the background without u even notice. It only meant to make u fail challenges and fill their pockets

I have bought a 150k futures account, passed it and made a profit of 6800. Then I requested a withdrawal of 4500 and It got failed under 2 mins of requesting. Is this a scam firm ?

Support team is unable to support
The trades taken on black Arrow futures were not not correctly added to the dashboard. The support team was unable to help and mentioned they have escalated it to their senior team, which never responds back.

My account gets breached before…
My account gets breached before touching EOD drawdown limit, I missed a $1000 trade due to this,that entry was identified by hours study and all.If i able to execute that trade I can get back to 25000 and would get a huge buffer zone for coming trades

After reviewing your case, we contacted you directly by email and provided clarification regarding the account closure. Your Daytrade 25E Futures account was closed because the account reached the maximum loss limit based on real-time floating equity.
For this account type, the starting balance was $25,000, with a $1,000 maximum loss limit, meaning the equity must remain above $24,000 at all times. If floating equity drops below this level, the account is automatically flagged for termination according to the program rules.
We understand your concern that the final balance appeared above the breach level. However, futures prices can move very quickly, and there can be a short delay between the moment the floating equity breaches the limit and the time the platform completes the closing orders. During that brief period, the market may move back, which can make the final displayed balance appear higher than the actual breach level.
Our team reviewed the account internally, and the server-side data confirmed that the floating equity breached the maximum loss level in real time.
We understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when you had planned another trade afterward. However, once the loss limit is reached, the account is closed according to the applicable Futures program rules.
