Easy to get a quote

Easy to get a quote which was competitive. I would have given 5 stars but there was a lack of clarity on completion surrounding provision of a courtesy car. Maybe the information provided needs to be clearer.

Seems unfair!

Is seems so wrong that even if you have no claims protection and your car get hit when parked, that your insurance payment doubles.

While no claims protection can help protect your no claims discount, both fault and non fault incidents can still affect the cost of insurance at renewal, as some insurers may view any claim or incident as an increased risk factor when calculating premiums.

No breakdown cover on platinum policy

Good evening
From a slightly confused platinum policy holder

I registered with your company back In may with the above policy and there are a lot of options that are beneficial but here’s what I don’t get

After paying out on a monthly basis for my car insurance
Why isn’t breakdown cover included in this platinum cover
Yes you have saved me money from my previous cover but please tell me why I need to shell out more money from a breakdown company such as yourselves
