Competitive pricing. Needed to ring after set up as could not view documents only breakdown cover (dated as from January 2022). Breakdown cover was not taken up as provided by my bank. Brian was very helpful and explained that the cover was linked to my bank account and after sorting that I was able to register again and view my car insurance documents.

I was already a breakdown member and so…
I was already a breakdown member and so went online to get a quote for car insurance. It was ridiculously high, but when I then went on a comparison site it was almost half the price. I went ahead via the comparison site and from then on it was quite straightforward.

bought car insurance online already…
bought car insurance online already have family breakdown covere for several years . looked at wot the AA has to offer for my car insurance and they are pretty much in line price wise with all the other companies but decided to go with the AA platinum cover it has everything i need and having both breakdown and insurance which is very easy to operate with the app is great for me early days at the moment but so far excellent.

AA Saves the day
I was having trouble with other companies trying to insure a new car but the AA said that's fine we just need to set up the registration maunally - yay! I'm not sure why the others couldn't do it.

AA home insurance but boiler broke down no hot water over 3 weeks
I have home insurance with AA platinum to cover emergency boiler cover ..
I'm Double heart attack suffers with numerous medical conditions with neuropathy asthma diabetes osteoarthritis
Over 3 weeks back we reported boiler not working... no hot water or heating what so ever
We still waiting for this urgent matter to be resolved but hey presto no luck over a month
This is how you take money every month but when needed no services..
I will now instruct bank to cancel all payment and recover under Section 75 failed to provide services paid for..
Absolutely utter disgusting services ...
