Easy to get a quote
Easy to get a quote which was competitive. I would have given 5 stars but there was a lack of clarity on completion surrounding provision of a courtesy car. Maybe the information provided needs to be clearer.

Seems unfair!
Is seems so wrong that even if you have no claims protection and your car get hit when parked, that your insurance payment doubles.

No breakdown cover on platinum policy
Good evening
From a slightly confused platinum policy holder
I registered with your company back In may with the above policy and there are a lot of options that are beneficial but here’s what I don’t get
After paying out on a monthly basis for my car insurance
Why isn’t breakdown cover included in this platinum cover
Yes you have saved me money from my previous cover but please tell me why I need to shell out more money from a breakdown company such as yourselves

Urgent
Urgent, you are not allowed to drive without insurance you need to renew.....now... this is the latest threat from aa insurance I have asked aa insurance for a copy of my no claims without success What the FUUK is going on ?disregardful I am super angry and will not deal with this company again.
