Unable to log into both of our accounts. Phoned (long wait) spoke to DT who said he'd get 'techies' to sort out & ring back. Still waiting!! A week later! It's your website that needs sorting out!!

It was easy to see what was covered and easy to buy the insurance

Got a good quote for my car insurance with excellent cover also got great help on the phone from customer service when I could access the website

Was easy to navigate my son if possible would like me too have some sort paper confemation but well pleased with quote😊

Simple and cheap

I spent quite a bit of time on price comparison sites and there was a quote from another company that interested me. However, the quotation went up by £20 for no apparent reason just before the moment of payment. I hadn’t changed any details that would have impacted the quote. I tried twice with same result.
I gave up and saw a quotation from the AA, a trusted company I’ve used before. The process was straightforward, clear, offering options if you wanted them and there were no changes to the quotation price, like the other company. The AA did it the way it should be done. Thank you as it brought an end to a frustrating waste of time with the other company.

Good service and price

When I had a query about my new car insurance policy I made a quick phone call and was reassured that I had taken out the right product.

The young lady/advisor on the phone was wonderful.

Insurance policy itself is kind of good,person who helped me buy the policy was helpful but policy documents she sent me through email which I have never received, I have called them again after waiting on the line for about 15-20 minutes spoken to someone again she said is sending the documents again and I will receive the email within an hour but never came, I have called them again next day and spoken to another person and told her I have never received the email and asked her to send the the documents again but she said she won't be able send it because system won't let her,she told me I could if i log in to AA's account I could see all the documents, Eventually I have managed to see the documents but I didn't like the waiting time and the trouble I had gone through.

The AA agent was helpful realistic and thoughtful. I had been with my insurer for 14 years without having once seen my premium drop. The AA was able to offer a more competitive price and included breakdown cover. The worst side of their business is wait times on telephone contact.

You have insured my car a lot cheaper than my old company

Able to speak with someone directly. I’m nearly 75 and not at all tech savvy!

Not very good on computers but I found this site easy to follow and check everything that I needed and at a cheaper price than my present insurer
