Talking to a person and generally getting facts and information was pretty easy, as it is my 1st experience with the AA I am quite impressed so far I can I only hope (God forgive ) if I ever have to make a claim things go as smoothly, fingers crossed

It was very easy to arrange a new policy with the AA. The call taker I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I have had a couple if issues with logging into the app on my phone with my login details and need to speak with someone to resolve my issue.

had to phone AA waiting 40 minutes to get someone
Then even though they sorted things for me from Ireland they then took payment out twice from my account so had to sort a refund out which will take time to come back into my account
Then it did nor register to my confused.com account so lost out on £20 rewards and free coffee

Already have car insurance with AA.
Required a quote for house insurance as existing provider was increasing the premium by £200!

Easy to update previous years data for a quick quote. Better price from the AA on your site than they offered for same cover. Easy to get insurance.
Only issue is that I took out AA Breakdown cover but this is not showing on the AA app, only shown in schedule. Hoping this comes onto app at time policy comes into effect.
