I had to call an agent to confirm Insurance purchase.
The agent was great. He helped quickly and sorted the problem, and had to send details as the website failed to do this. He was 5 star.
The website kept returning me to the same page and did not confirm purchase.

AA Home Insurance Scam
Hi ome Insurance 'Gold' covered temp accommodation for me and my pet following flood in my home. Average cost £40 per day. AA offered £3 per day. This led to the loss of my pet cockapoo. DO NOT TRUST AA POLICY COVER. Use another Insurance Company.
And the AA's response didn't even mention the general £40 kennel cost and their offer of £3. Stay well clear of the AA They have been in serious Breach of Contract for over 7 months and I am still no where near getting back home due to their incompetence. For your own sake find another company to insure your home.

I Spoke to Sean, he was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Taking time to answering my questions. I went on to take out my motor insurance. Great experience. The price was brought down by a considerable amount from my renewal from another insurance company. Website was easy to navigate.

All good but the call waiting time was not what I experienced before and I lost a lot of time TWICE calling the AA, when I was left on hold and was discounted once when I was already on hold!!!!
My online account was not giving me the proper insurance quote either, that's why I had to call after all.
We got there in the End so.
