My experience with AA insurance was a very pleasant and satisfactory one, they made everything seem so easy and straightforward, with every details made clearly to understand. The policy also covered everything i needed to cover, also being a former breakdown cover customer of the AA made it even more satisfying to have them as my provider, on that note I'll be more than happy to recommend them.

Forms were easy to fill in as there was no time limit not being very good with it that helped no end,

Good Price, apps account got problems. Every thing is not on apps , break down on 1 apps and Home insurance another apps.all insurance should be on one app.
Customer service is not very helpful.

I bought it through Confused.com but because there are some clauses I don't understand or agree before buying and AA has a telephone line which is very important to me compared to other companies although have cheaper quotes but no phone line except everything online. Being old and no one can help with IT which is the most dreading to me ! I spoke to a helpful lady who clarified my queries and I purchased the policy

Very expensive I was given several different prices in different messages but when I rang, I was quoted a much higher price and then given a small token 'discount' that was still around 40% higher than last year. This feels like a total tip off.

A quick and easy service to obtain the car insurance but the add on i also included that being break down no information was given as to contact numbers etc.
Looked on the app and it told me that I don't have break down cover.
