Had a bit of a problem to begin with my Mum’s insurance after doing it on compare site when got email from yourself with documents there was about 5 things wrong and know it was double checked , phoned up and spoke to Susie she was really very helpful and sorted it all out for my Mum , she deserves 5 star thanks again Susie

I rang your company regarding car insurance as I am breakdown member the call operator was very helpful but unfortunately like many other car insurance companies you are far too expensive l only went with you as we just about managed to keep it under £300!,,

The AA is only partially able to provide the insurance which I need because of its xenophobic policies. That other insurers have adopted similar policies is neither a good reason or relevant. I wish to have my son, who is a British subject, born in the UK, who has held a clean driving licence for 30+ years as a named driver on my car insurance policy. This could be either permanent or temporary arrangement as in the past. I am now told that this is not possible because he is resident in Germany. Why has this discriminatory change been made?

The price was good. It was easy to compare what was being offered with other insurers. The process for modifying my requirements, accepting the proposal and paying for the insurance was fairly straightforward.

Filled in the online accident report form. Within half an hour they rang, chap called Jonny was very helpful and found a local garage for the repair. Explained everthing i need to do to me. Much less stressed now so very grateful for their prompt assistance and a very professional chap.

Agent spoke too fast. Dragged on & on. Would have liked plain & simple terms not long drawn out statements. Simple A-Z of policy would have been better.

Unable to log into both of our accounts. Phoned (long wait) spoke to DT who said he'd get 'techies' to sort out & ring back. Still waiting!! A week later! It's your website that needs sorting out!!
