In recent years, Access acquired HandiSoft, software that have been servicing the accounting profession in Australia for many, many years. Since then I have found and can seriously say, that Access has the worst service and accessibility of any company I've used. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually contact anyone there for anything that the user wants. Well, yes they send out mass meaningless material, and will be in contact at renewal time, but all in a "log in here, choose your renewal, and pay and go away, but don't contact us because it takes too much time and cost" manner. I now find that I cannot even log in to their Customer Success Portal (what irony) as it says my access is disabled, and I have no way to even raise this with anyone! Sorry, totally frustrated. A company called Access, actually wants no access from its cutomers, it seems...irony.

I have been with Elite Tax since 2010 abd was concerned with the change of ownership from Reckon. The product was good but the support abysmal.
l came across Geraldine who operates out of Perth and have been very pleasantly surprised. Nothing is a problem for her and she is very client focused even when confronted by an 82 year old sometimes cantankerous Irish client who tends to change his mind.
She sets a standard rarely experienced in my 58 years in taxation. A very hard act for anyone to follow and if l still needed staff she would be working for me as there are always clients who need a Geraldine.

We have had issues from the beginning with not only the set up of the EPOS system but technical support.
The sales team essentially told us what we wanted to hear and in reality the majority of the information we were given was incorrect.
The technician we have been given is unable to resolve any of the issues nor is he able to provide us with contact details of any one that can resolve the issue.
I have been unable to contact anyone in the support department to assist with the problems so we have now been without a working EPOS system whilst open and running a busy pub.
I would absolutely not recommend this company.
