Lovely system and the support team are really helpful

The system looks great and the team supporting try their very best to support you. If there was any feedback to give I would say that onboarding would be a little better with a bit more time to "try updating the system with support" rather than by presentation for the practical learners out there.

Brilliant support

Vlad has been our consultant for the implementation of Access Education. He has been incredibly helpful and approachable throughout the process, always keen to think of solutions to our queries and coming up with innovative ideas when the status quo answer has not worked. Vlad's knowldege of the product is excellent and he was able to explain technical aspects in simple terms for us to understand.

Excellent support

Received excellent support from our consultant whilst implementing Access Finance. He was always quick to respond and provided solutions to any problems or issues that arose throughout the implementation process. He was particulary helpful finding an alternative when the the digital training content didn't work. He was very approachable, accomodating and positive.

Worst access experience ever, sorry to say

In recent years, Access acquired HandiSoft, software that have been servicing the accounting profession in Australia for many, many years. Since then I have found and can seriously say, that Access has the worst service and accessibility of any company I've used. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually contact anyone there for anything that the user wants. Well, yes they send out mass meaningless material, and will be in contact at renewal time, but all in a "log in here, choose your renewal, and pay and go away, but don't contact us because it takes too much time and cost" manner. I now find that I cannot even log in to their Customer Success Portal (what irony) as it says my access is disabled, and I have no way to even raise this with anyone! Sorry, totally frustrated. A company called Access, actually wants no access from its cutomers, it seems...irony.

I’d like to recognise the outstanding contribution made by our consultant, Graham, throughout the transformation project and the migration to our new payroll software. From day one, Graham has been nothing short of exceptional, and he quickly became a true part of the team.
Graham has consistently steered us in the right direction, offering solutions every single time we’ve needed them. His ability to break down complex technical issues, guide us with clarity, and patiently support us, often while we were still getting to grips with new processes, has made an enormous difference. He has been patient, encouraging, and steady, even at points where we were all on a learning journey together.

Personalised service received from Geraldine

I have been with Elite Tax since 2010 abd was concerned with the change of ownership from Reckon. The product was good but the support abysmal.

l came across Geraldine who operates out of Perth and have been very pleasantly surprised. Nothing is a problem for her and she is very client focused even when confronted by an 82 year old sometimes cantankerous Irish client who tends to change his mind.

She sets a standard rarely experienced in my 58 years in taxation. A very hard act for anyone to follow and if l still needed staff she would be working for me as there are always clients who need a Geraldine.

We have had issues from the beginning…

We have had issues from the beginning with not only the set up of the EPOS system but technical support.

The sales team essentially told us what we wanted to hear and in reality the majority of the information we were given was incorrect.

The technician we have been given is unable to resolve any of the issues nor is he able to provide us with contact details of any one that can resolve the issue.

I have been unable to contact anyone in the support department to assist with the problems so we have now been without a working EPOS system whilst open and running a busy pub.

I would absolutely not recommend this company.
