From the very start of our Access Journey, they’ve been supportive, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping—no matter how small or complex the issue. What really stands out is how they explain things clearly and patiently, never once making you feel like you’re asking a silly question. That level of professionalism, patience, and empathy is rare—and it makes a huge difference.
To be completely honest, the product itself can be quite average at times, and my experience with the wider support hasn’t always been great—responses can be slow, and it can feel like queries aren’t always fully understood. However, these two individuals are the complete opposite. They consistently go above and beyond, taking ownership and making sure things are resolved properly.
They’ve turned what could have been frustrating experiences into positive ones purely through their dedication and attitude.

The system looks great and the team supporting try their very best to support you. If there was any feedback to give I would say that onboarding would be a little better with a bit more time to "try updating the system with support" rather than by presentation for the practical learners out there.
