I had a tough time selling my house the first time around, so I decided to give TAUK a go after a friend recommended Mia.

From our first meeting, everything just felt easy. Mia was open, honest, and really clear about what to expect, which I appreciated straight away. We also got on really well, and that made a big difference during what was a long and very stressful process. She was always easy to reach, no matter the time of day, and happy to answer any questions.

Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve got through the sale without Mia. She knows her stuff, tells it like it is when needed, and is completely in your corner the whole way through. I can’t recommend her enough - You’ll be glad you chose her. Not only does she get the job done, she’s also a hoot!

Mia Evans made our house buying experience smooth and easy. We had been searching for a house for a few months and honestly started to feel a bit fed up with the whole process until we came across her.

From the start, Mia was really helpful and kept us updated regularly about new properties coming up and arranged viewings for them at times convenient for us. What really stood out was how proactive she was. The house we bought didn’t even make it to the market but she made sure we knew about it straight away and arranged a viewing quickly.

She was always easy to get hold of at any time of the day, answered all our questions, and made everything feel a lot less stressful than we expected. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right place, not just making a sale.

Thanks to Mia, we found a home we absolutely love and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property.

Contacted via Rightmove and no response, contacted direct and asked for Fri / Sat viewing as that is when we are in the area (c. 3 hours away), they offered Wed or Thu and said they are off Fri / Sat so no, could do the following week though.
Its like they don't want to sell properties.

Tried 3 times to view a property twice via email which I’ve had no response then my partner phoned up was told it would be passed to the relevant person and we would get a call back this was over 24hours ago still waiting absolutely disgusting

I was advised to meet Sarah as I was moving abroad and needed someone professional, responsible and reliable that could help with the property sale. The whole process was challenging and lengthy however she always had a prompt response and a positive outcome. She handled particularly well the buyer expectations and kept me updated about all the diligences required legally. On 11th March 2026 Mia Evans visited our property in Melling to value it and put it on the market for sale. By the 11th April it was sold at a very good price. Mia is an exceptional estate agent. She is extremely efficient, and guides you seamlessly through the whole process. Mia deals with you directly which is something important when selling a property. The open day at our property was beautifully presented,which viewers greatly appreciated.

Mark Quinn was absolutely superb through out the whole process, incredibly professional and proactive and went above and beyond to ensure a very difficult chain was able to complete. Mark sold the house within days and then helped deal with a very tight time table to exchange and completion. He recommended the solicitor we used who was also excellent and very proactive. He was available outside normal core hours and would always keep us incredibly well informed. If you are looking for an agent who really understands clients needs then in my opinion you should look no further.

Mandip was communicative and went above and beyond throughout a stressful process - was enormously helpful and moved things along due to his wealth of knowledge and local contacts, which we were enormously grateful for.

Michael Mason provided a highly professional and friendly service throughout my purchase. Although he was acting for the seller, he was consistently helpful and informative, responding to all communications promptly. As a first‑time buyer, I found his support invaluable and greatly appreciated his clear and timely guidance. I would confidently recommend him.

We done two viewings on one property with Tom and had an offer accepted by the vendors.

During the viewings Tom was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Tom represents the vendors of the properties being sold however Tom struck up a rapport with us as buyers and made us feel comfortable during the viewing and offer process. Not all estate agents do that, relying on the buyers simply liking the property and they just act as a middle man.

I would definitely recommend Tom as an estate agent for anyone looking to sale there home.

THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
