Natalie marketed our house for us and also conducted viewings, liaised with clients. Her expertise and client service was excellent throughout. Her attention to detail and fastidious approach to gaining client feedback was impressive. Sam (from Lettings) could not have been more helpful in drawing up a new tenancy agreement for my tenant who had had a change of circumstances. I felt very reassured as he talked me through the process which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly.
